This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo features rustic decor, a gas fireplace to provide warmth and comfort after a day spent skiing, golfing. You will find spectacular mountain views with floor-to-ceiling glass doors which let in natural light and lead out to your private deck and hot tub perfect for soothing your weary muscles and catching snowflakes on your tongue.

Within this 1,559-square-foot residence, your family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The condominium sleeps 7 in beds, 8 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen:
Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-free meals. There is a dining table set for eight and bar seating at the kitchen island.

Living:
With the open concept living room, your family can lounge on the sofa and chairs, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. Gather around the stone fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room. Large, wood-framed glass doors lead out to the private deck overlooking beautiful mountain views.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a handsome king-size platform bed. The en-suite master bathroom offers dual sinks, a soaker tub and a separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. The en-suite guest bathroom offers a dual shower/tub.
Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom features a bunk bed (twin-size over double). The bedroom has access to the hallway guest bathroom with a dual shower/tub. There is a queen-size sofabed in the family room. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs).

One dedicated underground parking space is available. A common elevator accesses the condo.

Location:
Town Pointe Condominiums sits a few hundred yards from the base of Town Lift, where you can enjoy restaurants or walk across the Town Bridge to Park City Mountain. The condo is located directly on the route of the free city-wide shuttle bus to help you experience Park City's Historic Main Street with plentiful shops, restaurants, art galleries and entertainment. If you prefer, you can walk along City Creek to either the park or to Main Street.

Great Location

We stayed here during Spring break and the location was great as everything is in walking distance. We did have a covered parking spot that helped as well. The place was clean easy to access. The only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working and this was one of the main reasons I booked. I would have liked to been notified of this prior to arrival. Other than that, I would recommend.

Perfect spot, great host!

This is a perfect location, easy walk to everything. We didn’t even need a rental car. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs, beds were comfy, hot tub was great! And the host was fantastic, great communication.

First time to Park City

Location Location Location... Short walk to lifts, shops, restaurants. Beautiful view and hot tub was amazing. Parking A+. Lots of room and cozy fireplace. Cant get a better place for the price.
