Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay. Price was great and location was perfect. It was during spring break and there were college kids there but never dealt with noise issues at all. Will be staying there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful in replacing used supplies (towels, etc...) as needed without entering the room. The location was excellent and just on the south end of the Clearwater Beach attractions. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

Beach weekend

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.

Spring Training

Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink

Very quiet and clean. Walk to best sugar sand beach! Close to restaurants. Sand Festival is great fun. Band and street performers daily. Reasonable rate and staff extremely personable.

Affordable and convenient

Amidst all these towering expensive hotels is this affordable and convenient vrbo. I would stay again. The only knock I give them is cleanliness in the hallways to the rooms and floating leaves (not sure what, I chose not to swim in the pool) in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great night!
