The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. HOA Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. This is a mandatory HOA policy.

🚗 Important: Each reservation is limited to one vehicle and one parking space only. When arriving earlier than 4pm, please park at any public pay parking spaces nearby Coral Resort to avoid getting towed at the Coral Resort parking lot.



Our suite is just minutes away from Clearwater Beach. Grab the provided beach chairs and sandals, and you'll be soaking up the sun in no time. Please note that all amenities outside of your unit are managed by the resort. While we strive for your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee the availability or cleanliness of these shared amenities, as the resort may close them at their discretion. Refunds are not issued for amenity closures or conditions.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Please take note of the following details:

• Supplies: Initial toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided and typically last 3-5 days. Additional supplies are not guaranteed, but plenty of nearby stores are available if you need more. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the on-site laundry facilities to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

• Construction: There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM as we work to restore Coral Resort. By booking, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary. We appreciate your understanding.

• Pest Note: While we regularly treat our homes for pests, it is not uncommon to see pests in Florida due to the heat (e.g., cockroaches, ants, spiders). We do not offer refunds for pest sightings, but we are happy to address concerns as soon as possible.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine). This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

• Situations Beyond Our Control: We cannot provide refunds for inconveniences caused by situations beyond our control, such as construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties.

• Pack ’n Plays: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm.

• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and requested for return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.



Interaction with Guests:

The host is available for questions and assistance via messaging throughout your stay. Check-in is self-service with a mandatory digital rental agreement and ID verification required prior to arrival; this process cannot be done in person.
