This property was truly a lovely experience. It felt like a home and not just a rest stop. The surroundings are peaceful and well maintained. The owner provided many supplies, and she reached out to us making sure that we were well taken care of. There are many attractions in the area that make this location extremely fun!!!

A beautiful and clean house, recommended for the family, a BEAUTIFUL view. I loved the house and will return every year with my family. The Host is very friendly and responds very quickly.

Perfect!!!

My husband and I returned after 5 years and this time brought my parents and two of his brothers with us...this house was perfect for our group it was very comfortable and the views are unforgettable....Karen was very responsive to our every need and responed quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the moca area!!!

Recent Stay

The home is nice, host was great with communicating and responding quickly to questions. We had issues with water we spent 8 days at the home and every day the water was turned off. The house has a reserve system but there is not enough pressure to take showers. Which was a huge Inconvenience.

Very pretty house

The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and darts. The only issues were the inconsistent water pressure and hot water. As well as one of the neighbors has a dog that barked constantly every morning around 5am and 6am, so we were woken up early everyday. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view!! Relaxing atmosphere.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house is very comfortable and the outside relaxing area is a plus. My family enjoyed playing pool and just relaxing with the breeze. The only down fall was that one day we had no water pressure but the rest of the time is was fine. Nice hot water with lots of pressure. Unfortunately this is common in the island. Will definitely recommend and stay again. The host was very attentive to texts and replied very quick.

Casa Bellisima it was just like home!

Casa Bella Moca is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a place to call home this is it! You will have all the amenities of home you can imagine. With the feeling of being in a luxurious hotel! Thank you Karen all the reviews were correct she is absolutely amazing and attentive. I must asmit i was weary at first because i never rented a home before but this was the best first experience of puerto rico for my two girls and husband. Lets just say we will be back again! Thank you so much Karen you were part of an unforgetable trip! Que viva Puerto Rico!

Moca Home

This property is a very nice home that has everything that you need and it is very clean. The boys especially enjoyed the outdoor covered area with a dart board and pool table. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our rental car the morning of our checkout and we had to wait a bit for roadside assistance. I notified Karen, the owner, of our situation. We had already checked out so we had the kids in the coverd area out back out of the sun. Karen came to clean the house for her next guests arriving that same day and she brought a cheese and meat tray for us and cold water bottles! What an angel! She took the time to get to know us all. Our roadside service came about 45 minutes later and we were off again but with a new friend! Thanks so much Karen

Pin drop location incorrect(among other thing)

Casa Bella Moca Cons - [ ] Pin drop for location is incorrect. It brings you to the police station about 10 minutes away. To find the correct address look for Casa Bella Moca on google maps and it will bring you to the correct location. It will show a video of a man with grey hair singing. - [ ] Windows are broken, can’t close them if a storm comes. - [ ] Paint for the house is fading and chipping away so much that we weren’t sure if we were at the correct location when we arrived. - [ ] No hot tub/ spa whirlpool (listing says it has one) - [ ] One TV In the entire house, which the top right quarter is fading. - [ ] No dishwasher (listing says it has one) - [ ] No garage. It was converted into exterior game-room. (Pool table and Darts) - [ ] There isn’t any contact information for emergency services - [ ] Master bathroom’s shower didn’t drain properly. I had to use a plunger to make it drain. Pros - [ ] Very quiet neighborhood. - [ ] Pool table is in good condition. - [ ] House was clean and organized. This house has great potential to be amazing. First thing to fix is the pin location on VRBO. Next would be to correct the amenities listed. After that the minor things like painting and windows.

Great Stay in Moca

The house is exactly as advertised, was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is located about 25 mins from Crash Boat Beach, and about 6-7 minutes by car from a nearest grocery store and restaurants. Karen, the host, has been very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. She was very kind to let us rebook at the last minute do to a medical emergency. During our stay, she provided us with recommendations on local points of interest and dining options and was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay at the house and hope to be back soon!

Everything in the house was great the only issue is the house only had AC in the bedrooms and if you wanted to sit and watch TV or just hang out around the house it’s too hott especially when you’re traveling with little children or elderly person. We had to run out and buy a fan. Beside this issue the house and host was great.
