Lovingly furnished apartment - you will feel at home with us

Our well-kept and comfortably furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 family house, accessible via 5 steps.

You have wonderful opportunities for hiking and cycling right on your doorstep.

There is a small Kneipp pool about 200 meters away, a treat after a long hike or just because.
There is also a public car park right by the Kneipp pool, which you can use free of charge during your stay.
Shops are sufficiently in the town center about 500m away.
Bregenz and Lindau, two beautiful towns on Lake Constance, can be reached in about 15 or 25 minutes by car, or comfortably by bus and train. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away.
Or just take a trip to nearby Switzerland or Lichtenstein.

In winter you can reach numerous ski areas in no time
The Schuttannen ski area is just under 20 minutes away by car or with the ski bus that almost leaves from the front door. It takes about half an hour to get to Bödele and the Brandnertal or the Montafon are also easy to reach.

Spectacular

Gorgeous scenery - with the river and falls right outside you door - the balcony terrace is right on the river - great outdoor activities - we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Loverly home - lovely hosts

Absolutely charming and beautiful! No need not thought of, and so perfectly comfortable.

We have stayed in countless homes throughout the world and this rates among the best, if not the best, of all! It was the perfect amount of space, was incredibly charming and welcoming, and was had everything anyone could possibly need while away from home. In addition, hosts were so nice, helpful, and considerate. It was an excellent place to stay!!

Holiday in Hohenems

House Ems, hosted by Andrea and Oliver, was the absolute perfect extended holiday home away from home. Situated within walking distance of town center, hiking trails, and all public transportation, it was the best location to enjoy all of Vorarlberg. Not to mention the most JOYful and accommodating hosts we have come across.

The house is very nice and wide in a lovely place under mountains; also is very well equipped and clean. It have all necessary accessories for bath, kitchen,.... The host are very charming and friendly. We are sure we will back (as soon as possible).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Winterurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung, die warm, makellos und perfekt für unsere Familie geeignet war.Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und sorgten dafür, dass wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts alles hatten, was wir brauchten.Wir haben wirklich jeden Moment genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen - sehr zu empfehlen für jeden, der einen gemütlichen und unvergesslichen Urlaub sucht.

Wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig (an das Rauschen des Wassers gewöhnt man sich schnell). Sie ist voll ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Das Bad hat uns besonders durch seine Größe gefallen. Alles ist gepflegt.Auch unser kleines Missgeschick wurde nicht übel genommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt an einem Bach

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Sie ist ausserdem recht kühl, was an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Besteck/Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine auf Anfrage). Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse mit Tisch und vier Stühlen und zwei weiteren bequemen Liegestühlen mit Blick auf einen Bach. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Man fühlt sich gleich wie daheim.

Super freundlicher Empfang der Gastgeberin. Wohnung sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt eingerichtet. Es gab sehr viele Infomaterialien für Ausflüge mit der Familie. Außerdem standen Spiele und Bücher für jung und alt zur Verfügung, falls das Wetter doch mal nicht mitspielen sollte. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Alles in allem einfach perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Hohenems

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in ruhiger Lage am rauschenden Bach. 10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum und am Wald gelegen mit Anschluss zu Wanderwegen, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt.
