Fully furnished. Washer, drier, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee maker and coffee. 3 full size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks and boats plus. Outlets for charging boat batteries with flood lights. BBQ grill. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a campfire, (firewood supplied). Catch and release fishing pond. May even see some deer at the feeder! Comfortable blind with two chairs to watch deer, birds and other critters:) Nice park, kids play area, bank fishing access and new fishing pier a few miles away.
Also, property only 30 minutes from First Monday Trade Days in Canton.

Great location, quiet. Cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a our stay. Junior was a great host and very responsive. We will be staying again for sure!

Great fishing location

My family loved the cabin. The catch and release pond is awesome. I highly recommend this cabin if you are fishing in the area or just want to get away from everything and relax. The setting is beautiful and the host being on property is very convenient should you need anything during your stay.

Accurate listing

Was there for a fishing tournament on Lake Fork. The owner was more than accommodating the entire time. We were able to come and go and not worry about the safety of our boat back at the property. It’s perfect for the fisherman.

Great Cabin. Great location.

This is a nice, secluded cabin close to Lake Fork. Clean and comfortable. JR came out and spoke with us while we were fishing the pond. Great guy! We will stay here again if we get back to Lake Fork.

A great place to stay!

My son and I booked a guided fishing tour on Lake Fork, and my wife booked this place to stay. Overall it was great! Cool decorations (fun fishing articles, a wall of fame for big fish caught, etc), great secluded location, and we caught a few bass in the pond out front. It had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend it.

Great get-away

Great cabin to getaway and private yet still just a few minutes from the amenities one might desire. Lake Fork is just a couple of minutes away. Junior is there if needed else you get private quietness. Definitely try Neon Moon, again a few minutes away. Thanks Jr, we really enjoyed the peaceful area.

Fantastic Getaway

My husband, son, sister-in-law, and a close friend traveled down to Lake Fork in Alba Texas, for a long weekend getaway. And loved staying in this cabin. It was close to the boat ramp so that we could go fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and JR was so helpful and available for us whenever we needed him. Would 100% recommend this little cabin to anyone, it is well worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Junior's place. Thankful for how close it was to the lake. This place was very clean and organized. We will be coming back. Fishing in the pond was a fun bonus on the property. There's a great fire pit that my teenager wanted to use but we ran out of time. Thanks for the great place to relax.

Amazing Host, Excellent Location!

Everything was perfect. The cabin was exactly as described. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Access to lake Fork was very easy, great boat parking with plug-ins at the cabin. My son and nephew had a great time catching bass out of the pond. I will absolutely stay here if I come back to Fork. Jr. was awesome and gave fishing tips and info, he even gave my boys a bag full of plastic baits!! Thanks Jr!!!
