In the heart of a small hamlet, 15 minutes from the beaches, charming gite offering a living room with open-plan kitchen, ground floor shower room, toilet.
Upstairs, landing/mezzanine area, 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, 800 m² garden, not enclosed. Private parking.
Ideal for 4 people, but the 3rd bedroom can accommodate 2 more. The kitchen is a little too small for 6.
Excursions 15 minutes away:
Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte and Cap d'Erquy, numerous hiking trails (GR34).
3 km from Matignon, which has all amenities, including a large supermarket.
This charming gite is located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside.

Séjour à la campagne et proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement propre et situé dans un environnement très calme et reposant. Nous avons été bien accueilli à notre arrivée et a notte départ, Pour améliorer cette location Une literie de plus grande qualité serait parfaite ainsi que quelques équipements de cuisine : ouvre boîte, décapsuleur, couverts à salade,gants pour le four. Quelques jeux de société seraient également appréciés,
