The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Close all blinds and lower the master bedroom shutters,Raise the temperature to 76 Leave damp towels hanging to dry Put used pans, cups, silverware, and dishes in the dishwasher and run it

Gather dish towels, dry, bathing towels, and used placemats and put them in a laundry basket Fold the comforters and lay them on dresser or couch, strip linens, and leave them in laundry basket

Place the garage door openerspare set of keys in the dining room lack only the deadbolt and leave that set of keys in the lock box

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
