This centrally located, single-level home is the perfect Sunriver getaway with Fort Rock Park just a short walk from your door. Tasteful decor and features such as air conditioning, comfortable modern furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace offer a cozy atmosphere to settle in for the evening.

The welcoming great room is a perfect place to hang out with a book, catch an episode of your favorite show, or have a movie night with the family. The fully stocked kitchen flows into a welcoming dining room, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals together.

When it's time to turn in for the night, you have three bedrooms to choose from. The ensuite bedroom features a plush king bed and a large TV. Bedroom two features a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom includes a twin over queen pyramid bunk - perfect for kids or extra guests.

Stay cool all summer with air conditioning, and soak under the stars in your private hot tub after a day of Central Oregon adventures. Fire up the outdoor grill on the spacious back deck while the kids (or kids at heart) enjoy a friendly game of ping pong. The spacious deck is an awesome place to relax in the summer sunshine or dine al fresco.

The laundry room is off the kitchen, and leads out to the garage where you’ll find a ping pong table and 6 adult bikes.

Sunriver is packed with activities everyone will love! Bike the 40+ miles of scenic trails or float the Deschutes River. Families love the SHARC Aquatic Center, Sunriver Village for shopping and dining, and the nearby observatory for incredible stargazing. In winter, hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, just 20 minutes away, or enjoy snowshoeing and ice skating right in the village.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
