Casa de 4 pisos / 2 baños y 2 pisos bien mantenida ubicada entre Village at Sunver y Fort Rock Park. Revertir vivían con tres dormitorios y un baño situado en la planta baja. En la planta baja dispone de una cama de matrimonio en una habitación con televisor de pantalla plana. Un dormitorio en la planta baja tiene una litera de pirámide (dos en la parte superior y una reina en la parte inferior) y el otro dormitorio en la planta baja tiene una litera doble. El dormitorio principal con cama queen en el nivel superior, con la sala de estar, también ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana. Maravillosa cubierta de arriba con sombra de un gran pino.

Balanceando banco y perrito puerta incluidos! Pequeña unidad de aire acondicionado en el nivel superior. Retrocede a la vía del ferrocarril, por lo que los trenes de carga ocasionales que pasan pueden ser encantadores de ver. Los propietarios permitirán perros muy pequeños sólo sobre una base de caso por caso. Tome un paseo en bicicleta en cualquier lugar en Sunriver en una de las 4 bicicletas para adultos se ofrecen con esta casa de alquiler de vacaciones.

We had a great time and loved the view and the huge windows in the living room. The two decks were really nice to choose between, and the seating outside was clean and comfortable.

Cozy, spacious home!

We really enjoyed our time at Juniper 9. The home is spacious and well stocked. There are decks on multiple levels, which was really nice. The neighborhood is very peaceful and within walking distance to Sharc and the Village. Overall, this was a great place for our family to stay! [Note that the proximity to the train tracks was absolutely no problem at all!!]

Excellent house!

The house was everything we hoped it would be. It had everything we needed, was plenty spacious, and checked every box. The boys loved the train going by a few times every day. The hot tub was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Well the bathroom doors had a weird lock if you wanted to lock the door you would have to open both doors which is not handy when you need the bathroom at night.Over excellant except for the cheap always tearing paper towels!

Incredible cabin style home with great location!

Stayed with 4 other friends and could have easily homed more! Location was central to a ton of incredible locations both in and out of town. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place.

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed the easy drive or bike ride to Sunriver Village, quiet and peaceful location (we knew about the occasional trains in advance and it was no problem for us). The hot tub worked great, the house has large windows surrounded by trees, and is very well designed with two upper decks and one lower. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

Relaxing weekend with the family

The house was nice and very clean. We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub. There is a loud train that comes by behind the house but it didn’t bother me much as I am not a light sleeper.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriends and I absolutely loved this home. My furry friend loved it too. We felt at home away from home because it was so cozy inside. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Late summer

Home is well stocked with board game, bikes, kitchen supplies. Enjoyed the multiple decks around the house allowing us to enjoy more of that sun. The kitchen is on the second floor so getting supplies up stairs was a little problematic. (Thank goodness for those young kids.) All in all great home great location. And the passing trains added just the right amount of excitement.

Summer 2023

Home was very nice. Comfortable beds and nice layout. Loved the decks and my little dog really liked the doggy door! Was glad to find out has air conditioning in living area, master bedroom and bedroom downstairs. The train is close but wasn't too bad with the noise. The only negative was the grill was dirty so we didn't use. Other than that we had a great time. Nice place to stay

Great Family Stay

My in-laws and my family of 3 make a trip to Bend/Sunriver yearly, and we always enjoy the uniqueness of each home we stay in. This is our first time as a family that we stayed in Sunriver and we really enjoyed all sunriver had to offer! We were expecting to have to rent bikes but the house had 4 adult bikes which was nice to take some family bike rides to the nearby parks. While we were there a few fires broke out and the property management group was on it, texting me updates, asking if we needed anything, it made us feel relaxed about the surrounding conditions. The house was very adorable worked well for our family members. We had two dogs as well, which was nice to take them on walks, it was a little difficult not having a fenced area for the dogs to just roam around in but we made it work. Only downside i would add, is i didn't see anything about an active railroad right behind the house and most of the activity we heard was later at night, however being that we live near a railroad it didn't give us much of a bother. We would love to stay in this house again, minus the dogs :) Thank you for a great stay!

Lacking

We have booked in the Sunriver community for several years several times a year. This has to be one of the worst property management and accommodations we have had. First issue is we were not able to check into the property untill after 5 pm which was a waste of our first day we paid for. Second issue was this property had very limited resources such as it had a coffee maker but no coffee, even a 1 star motel has coffee. Third was we asked to have a later check out time as our guests from Spain arrived after 3 am and was looking to sleep, we were told no with no grace from the property management. This was an ask because 10 am is such an early check out time. Only being able to utilize this property for 41 out of the 72 hrs that was paid for was a bit ridiculous. Check out rules askes us to take out trashes and recycling, yet we had to pay for the cleaning fees in our purchace. Would absolutely not recommend Bennington properties. We have always used Cascara vacation rentals and we were reminded exactly why we use them over other property management services here in Sunriver.

There were quite a few insects inside the property. Lots of Ants, moths, etc. The owners may want to consider getting a pest control company in there sooner than later.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time on our 3 night stay at this place. The communication with the owners was impeccable and the house over exceeded our expectations. We loved the reverse living layout and all the bikes they had available…and of course the HOT TUB was a hit. The house was fully stocked with anyhing you could possibly need. We will definitely be back ☺️

Wonderful weekend getaway

House and location was great for a weekend of winter fun. Train goes by in the wee hours of the morning, but didn’t really interfere with sleep.
