Wonderful vacation property

The property was perfect for our needs. Right on the beach for easy access to the ocean and a fabulous pool. Plenty of close restaurants and beach shops. A 5 star property.

Beach Escape

This comfy condo was right on the beach with great beds and friendly neighbors. Stop for a roll of quarter to wash and a bag of ice and you are all set for a great escape!

Wonderful Getaway

We spent 8 nights in this comfortable condo with every amenity you could ask for. Beds were soft and comfortable, kitchen utensils well-stocked and ocean view second to none. Host was very helpful and responsive. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Beautiful view

The ocean view was incredible from this 4th floor unit. It is set back in the U shaped building but you still have an amazing view of the ocean and the no drive beach without the direct oceanfront price. Pool area was very large. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need. We can’t wait to return.

Good location and accommodating host !

Our host was very accommodating- we had snafu with the door lock and she was very quick to respond to our needs and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Loved the location and access to the beach. Place was very clean. Property was a tad dated (one of the elevators was broken) but the staff was very friendly and Don the maintenance man came to our rescue to help us with the stuck lock !

We are so sorry for the trouble with the lock, and really appreciate your patience and understanding. We are happy to report that the problem has been fixed so that no one else will have that issue. I know that elevator technicians are in very short supply right now, so that may be causing the delay with the elevator repair. But the other elevator is in working order, and there is also the option of stairs for trips back and forth to the beach if you are able. We take pride in the cleanliness and are glad it meets our guest's high standards.

Ocean vacation

Our stay here was wonderful and amazing. We were looking for a place with an ocean view and an easy walk down to the beach, and this was it. The condo was clean and had the basic necessities we needed. The room had two queen beds and there was a couch with a pull-out bed in the living room. We love to be able to hear the ocean all night, see the sunrise over the ocean from our window and easily walk down for morning or evening walks on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and the time in the ocean.

Beachfront condo

Condo was easy to check-in and owner was very quick to respond! However, the condo could use use some updating on living room furnishings, have seen better days. The beds are only full size not queen or king, they were comfortable but we would have preferred at least a queen. Probably will not rebook this unit unless an update is done and beds are replaced with king or queen.

Very nice unit

The condo itself was very nice in that the living room has a 65 inch flat screen with a sound bar and movie apps. The bedroom has a 40 inch flat screen with a sound bar also. The condo is very well upkept and clean. It also has the most comfortable bed you're ever going to sleep in at a rented condo. The only down side to this rental was that the building has 90 condos and a pool area with only seven tables and about 40 reclining loungers. We got very little use of the pool area because the long-term renters would come down at 6:30-7:00 every morning and placed their beach towels over the umbrellaed tables and lounge chairs that faced the Sun, effectively reserving them for the day even though they only would only use them for an hour or two in the afternoon. Reserving pool area furniture was against the posted rules but they condo association apparently allowed the long-term renters to do it. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and Patty was a very good host.

We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the flat had the amenities that were important to you and met a high standard of cleanliness. I am sorry that the long term residents in the pool area were violating the posted property rules. We will make sure to raise this concern at the next HOA meeting so that the management can discourage this kind of behavior.

Not my fault?

We could not get into the unit as agreed to with the host at the specified time. We tried to call but got no answer. After over an hour of waiting and having to take our belongings back down to the car the office staff gave us their key so we could get into the unit. When the host did call us back she said the delay in being able to get in was not her fault. That is unacceptable service. I was told the time that access would be available and when it didn’t happen I was told that it wasn’t her fault. All I heard was that she was sorry. Later in the week the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and we informed the host about it. It was fixed the next day which was fine.

Older Unit, needs updating..

Gorgeous view of the water. Convenient location to strip mall just across the street. The unit is currently under equipped for short term & long term rentals . Owner has pledged to update the unit to meet current standards of other rentals in the complex. We'd return and rent this unit if modernized.

Amazing rental

We had such an amazing time. The unit was spot on & everything that was listed about the place was as it stated. The unit had an amazing view of the ocean & it was such a short walk to the beach you are literally ocean front. It was a short walk back to the condo if you wanted to get lunch etc. The beach was private so no worries about driving on the beach. The unit was well equipped with everything you could want or need & then some. The beds were super comfortable & the adjustable bed was a bonus. Well equipped with linen, loved the soft fluffy towels. We enjoyed having the beach equipment, sand toys, boggle boards, which my 7 & 10 yr old grandchildren enjoyed immensely . The only thing that we were missing was beach chairs & a canopy. But honestly it didn’t take away from the great time we had. We will definitely kept it on list of places to visit again.
