Beautiful Unit and Excellent Location - Directly on the Beach

Spectacular 2BR/2BA oceanfront property. Located on the 4th floor and provides breathtaking views of the sunrise. This condo has been completely remodeled with new furniture in every room as well as new appliances. You will find a 55inch TV hanging in the main living room and two mounted 40 inch TV's in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has a comfy king bed, 2 large dressers, nightstands and a chair to sit on if needed. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin beds and a large dresser. Beautifully remodel bathrooms as well as a tub in the master bathroom to bathe your children in if needed. And don’t forget new patio furniture with a pub table and four chairs to enjoy the morning sunrise with your cup of coffee! Ocean Reef Villas is our slice of heaven. You will find yourselves returning year after year due to the pure relaxation of the location, manicured grounds and clean pool. Not to mention the proximity of many restaurants, grocery store, shops, and bars.

Such a great condo and location. Very clean great views and decorated so cute . Really had everything you could need. Can’t wait to go back we go to New Smyrna very often and this will be our new go too spot.

Beautiful place on the ocean. Had everything we needed. A little bumpy and noisy at first with outside renovations near usdidn’t last long. The dishwasher didn’t seem to clean very well. Other than that we were busy with friends and family. The trip went by super quick. We loved the place. Thank you.

We enjoyed our visit to new Smyrna Beach Florida, and the condo was lovely. We had lots of fun at the pool, and the direct beach access was fantastic. There are many good restaurants close to this location.The host was responsive and very accommodating for our needs

Lovely, well maintained condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. The complex also has tennis courts and we enjoyed playing pickle ball. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Condo is very conveniently located. It only took 15 minutes to walk to Flagler. Great pool. Residents at the complex very friendly. Condo well furnished and very clean. Close to shore fishing.

Meet the McMahan family! We live outside of Chicago, IL but have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for the past 10 years for our annual spring break vacation. My husband and I have a 15 year old son, 3yr old daughter and 2yr old little boy. We have fallen in love with the beauty and peacefulness of New Smyrna Beach. Most importantly, its a place you can relax and have great service from the local community.

Why they chose this property

Loving everything about New Smyrna Beach we took a leap of faith and purchased our own condo so we can share our wonderful experiences with others. We have built so many great memories and will continue to do so for many years to come. We have met people that have been coming to this property over 20+ years with their kids and now grandkids. We love love hearing their stories and memories they have made.

What makes this property unique

Falling in love with this place is not difficult. Ocean Reef Villas offers a fantastic private pool for the condo and is literally on the beautiful sandy beach that feels like flour between your toes. Whether you’re sitting poolside or on the beach the entire experience is very relaxing. Its within walking distance to Publix grocery store, Flager Avenue, Walgreen's and several restaurants (Mexican, Seafood, American, Steak, Sushi). Most importantly, another added bonus is you can walk to get ice cream and then shop at Alvin's Island.
