This was the idea place for our family Christmas. Great location and perfect beach. Claudia was terrific and very quick and responsive to our every need! Marisela cooked a couple of delicious dinners for us. We would definitely rent this place again.

What an incredible stay...the condo is exactly as advertised.The layout was perfect for our group of nine (two families, five adults and four kids). The upper level features two bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a beautiful terrace, while the main floor has three additional bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.The views are absolutely spectacular...endless ocean views and sunsets right from the terrace. We were lucky enough to see stingrays and dolphins swimming by. The beach is just steps from the pool and is ideal for swimming. Our kids (all under 10) had an absolute blast playing in the waves.Claudia was wonderful to work with....extremely helpful and always quick to respond. We also took advantage of Marisela’s cooking services, which was a highlight of the trip. She prepared most of our meals over the eight days, and they were beautiful, healthy, and delicious. It allowed our family to truly relax and spend time together without worrying about groceries or cleanup.The owner clearly takes great pride in the condo—it’s tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Accomodations/beautiful beach!

Comfortable, clean unit with terrific outdoor space and beautiful views--well suited for the adults, teens, and kids in our group. We loved the easy access to the beach. Claudia was very helpful in arranging airport transportation, restaurant recommendations/reservations and answering any questions. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner cooked by Marisela--the best meals we had all week!

Amazing penthouse condo with panoramic views

This unit is just what we needed. It was very clean, appropriately stocked and the panaramic view is incredible. We were with a large group with some staying in tower 2 and a few in tower 1. Access was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed a little separation and privacy. The building is quiet and very nice. This unit has 4 king bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which is a huge plus with a large group. The two upstairs suites have a second kitchen and they can all be connected through pass through doors. It was a great space for our adult kids.The living space is nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a spiral staircase that may be a little difficult for anyone with balance issues, but we had no problems with it. Since this complex is whole ownership condos, rather than a time share, the experience is definitely upgraded. Almost no vendors approached us at the beach and the pool is quiet and very nice. You can take your own drinks and food to the pool or beach. There is not a restaurant/bar on property but we got groceries at LaComer and had a private chef come in 3 nights. We highly recommend Marisela, the chef. The food was incredible! We also enjoyed going out to the many nearby restaurants. Our hosts, Claudia and Harry, were very responsive (texts back within an hour or so) and very kind. The rooftop deck was so incredible. We saw whales and dolphins as well as so many sea birds. We highly recommend this unit!! It is heavenly!

Long Overdue (Full) Family Vacation in Nuevo Vallart

This was the first time schedules allowed us to have all of our kids (5) and two additional significant others get away for a vacation and the Penthouse in Nuevo Vallarta was the PERFECT property to accommodate all nine of us. What can I say, first let's start with owner Harry. Upon immediately submitting my application on VRBO, Harry called my and accepted my application. He was so nice and extremely helpful about explaining the property to me and all the activities in the area that we could do. He also told me about his fabulous concierge Claudia (I will get to her later) and Marisela (wonderful cook). Harry and I kept in communication via text and he answered all of my questions. Harry was down there at his property the week before our arrival and he gave me and my wife a video tour of the place. We were so impressed and we did not let our kids and the 2 guests see the listing prior to our arrival as we wanted them to be surprised. The property is AWESOME. Perfect for 10 people. All of the rooms are beautifully appointed and the air conditioning was blasting and very comfortable as we went to PV in June with 85 degree weather and 100% humidity. Great outdoor patios with amazing views. My son worked out every day on the upper deck as there are weights and mats and a pullup bar (at least that's what he used it for). We grilled out a few times and the grill is awesome and big and was so easy to cook for 9 people. We spend many evenings on the upper floor patio playing games (we got too loud the first night as we were all so excited to be there & were having a little too much fun), eating dinner, relaxing, and watching Stanger Things and other movies as well on a very nice big smart TV. The bathrooms are all great and there is even an extra bathroom downstairs. Plenty of big beach towels for everyone to enjoy the great beach and pool right out front of the property. You will not be disappointed in the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchens, the decks and views from them. Let's talk about Claudia, the concierge/manager. She is amazing. While we were there she helped us in so many ways with the language barrier at times as she is fluent in Spanish. She ordered awesome local tacos/pizza for us, made inquiries at restaurants, set up a homecooked Mexicana meal with Marisela (which was out of this world), big van transport for 9 peeps and 13 pieces of luggage, and so much more. She's the Best. BOOK IT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Claudia was an excellent host and extremely welcoming. She was very responsive and quickly assisted with transportation needs of our group of 6. The location and amenities of the penthouse were outstanding, including coffee and some getting settled libations. The views were spectacular for whale watching from the endless balconies.
