Newly renovated condo direct Gulf Front, two bedroom, two bath on Manasota Key. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the second floor off the huge deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Beaches are quiet and tranquil, watch dolphins play and manatees swim by daily. Everything in the unit has be completely upgraded with only the finest furnishings.

Five minute walk to restaurants like the Sandbar, White Elephant and Lock N Key.

Great place, great vacation

This place has everything for an amazing vacation. The beach was great. We would definitely rent again.

Family get away

Family getaway

This property was amazing. It was right on the beach and the sunsets were amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was the perfect t spot.

Tranquility

2nd stay in this property. Excellent, always clean, close to all the eats, property owner is always available to chat with to answer questions, did I mention private beach literally on the Beach!! Its our second home on vacation, will be here again next year.

Can’t Wait To Come Back

The location of the property is perfect. We loved the private beach and the view from the patio was amazing. We are already talking about when we can come back. The condo was a perfect setup for our family and our long relaxing weekend.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulfview condo. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the gulf/beach from our deck! The beach is beautiful and quiet. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance and more selections a short drive from the Island.

Reunion on the Gulf

Three high school friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo. Our second visit. Had a couple small issues at check-in and the owners were super responsive and helpful. You cannot beat the location of this property.

Worth the money!!

Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches, water was awesome, never had to worry about alot of people around us. The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, and had all the simple amenities one needs to enjoy a nice beach vacation, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were provided to make it more convenient. Highly recommend, will be staying here again.

Best spot on the beach!

We had a great time at this property during our thanksgiving vacation with our college aged daughters. The condo is clean and gorgeous! The beach was quiet, more so than the public beach a few blocks away. There are restaurants and bars close enough to walk to and the best sunset views right from the condo. I will definitely stay here again.

Sisters with Mom Getaway

My sisters and our mom always enjoy a trip to the beach. This condo was wonderful and right on the beach with spectacular views of the sunset Lots of room for everyone. With two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two double beds in the other bedroom it was great for our group of 5. We high recommend these nice accommodations Thanks. We will be back here again

Amazing view

I have been renting in Manasota Ke for 8 years. This was by the far the best location for the price. We did have some A/C issues and Yana was more then accommodating to ensure a fix. I would for sure rent again within the same price range!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

We were in FL visiting family in nearby Port Charlotte and decided to try out Manasota Key for the first time and it did not disappoint. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. This condo is right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony. Very clean and well equipped with just about anything you could possibly want or need. The beach had white sand, that beautiful gulf water and was never too crowded. Several restaurants are within walking distance, Sandbar was our favorite! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

This was a great place to stay for our family. Clean and beautiful and you absolutely can’t beat the balcony views. It’s so nice to be right on the beach and also still walkable to the restaurants (although the walking was a little trickier with a 3 year old as there aren’t sidewalks, you just walk on the side of the road). We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo had more amenities than we expected including beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and plenty of beach towels. The beach is quiet and not crowded. We were often the only people out there wishing a couple buildings. Would highly recommend this place!

Great Location!

We visited Manasota Key for the first time and didn't really know much about the area. We were pleasantly surprised by this gem of a place. The home was clean, neatly decorated (no unnecessary tchotchkes!), and located near the restaurants, but quiet beach and you are no more than 50 steps from the beach! We were in for a long weekend so we did not cook but it seems like a very well stocked kitchen. Great balcony to watch the sunsets each night. Note: if you are driving, bring your own pillows as the ones at the home are not great (our only small negative) We would highly recommend this home!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family had a great experience. Absolutely LOVED how peaceful the beach was. No fighting the crowds for beach space. The shells were fun to look at and collect. The condo itself was clean, had all the kitchenware and appliances we needed, had plenty of space for our crazy family of 5, and the view couldn’t be beat. Check in and out was simple. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a couple beach chairs and an umbrella at our disposal. Several yummy local restaurants nearby (Magnolias and the Sandbar were great) and a nice shaded playground was just down the road by Englewood Beach for our kids to play at. Would definitely rent here again!

This property is right on the beach, but so close to the water. It is very quiet, not many people out in the water around you, but you can watch the Dolphins and Manatees play in the water from your couch!! Truly a beautiful experience!
