Welcome to our beachfront condo, literally on the sand! The moment you step down the stairs, you’re on the beach. Take a quick swim, spend the day on the sand, and return with ease. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the balcony and stargazing at night.

Each bedroom offers breathtaking beach views, with a coastal-style interior that adds to the charm. This rarely rented condo is primarily used by the owner and is spectacularly maintained. The owner is obsessed with cleanliness, ensuring the condo is always extremely clean.

Located in a building with only five other units, you'll enjoy a quiet and intimate atmosphere. Free parking is available for up to two cars. Experience beachfront bliss in this meticulously cared-for condo!

This place is immaculate. The layout is perfect for a two bedroom beachfront. All the little details and immensities are the best for any property we have stayed at. And where this property sits there is no big buildings to the north for 100 yards. Open spaces, close to restaurants, and great hosts.

Wonderful property and location. Amazing views of the Gulf and the soothing sound of the surf. Everything was just how it was in listing photos. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

We have vacationed in southwest Florida for over ten years now and the last 5 in Manasota key. This one is the best of all the places we have stayed. The condo is great and has everything you need and more for enjoying your stay. Dzenis is very responsive and easy to work with. We will 100% be back.

Stunning property & location on the beach - sat each night with an uninterrupted view of the sunset.Tastefully furnished & no corners cut on quality. The communication with the host was excellent.Absolutely loved our time there. Not cheap but worth every penny (dollar??)

Great beachfront stay

From the moment you walk in the door, you see the Gulf through the sliding glass door and then see how beautifully decorated the place is. Dzenis communicated promptly and was very helpful. The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants. Very comfortable place to stay and highly recommend it.

Property is lovely. Extremely clean. Enjoyed tea as well as wine on the beautiful deck overlooking the Gulf. The beds were comfy. Kitchen is well stocked.

Escape from the Cold

Great property. Right on the beach. Clean and stocked with toiletries, dishwasher liquid and washing machine detergent. Owner was responsive and accommodating. Facility itself is still not 100% from hurricane Milton but nothing affected our stay.
