The heart of Aix

Quaint comfortable apartment with a great location. Close to everything in historic Aix. Host helpful and easy communication. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice stay

The apartment was very spacious and within steps to the city center. It had everything we needed and the host was very nice to help us answer all our questions and needs. It’s a 4 story walk-up with a washer for your convenience. We were very comfortable.

Unfortunate experience

instructions for WiFi were in French, host was contacted for them in English, response was that I received same info all guest received. I went out to street for help with no WiFi & phone no reception. Spent first day getting WiFi to work. stovetop didn’t work it was locked; tv didn’t work; shower was stuck (handle would NOT turn),it was scalding hot, I texted problem to host. She said it was child’s play to operate tv, water & stove & I knew how to do it. I text, Please help me. She responded, Good evening. I was dismissed. texted Vrbo for help. They contacted her & she she would be over 9:30 next day. So I was trapped 4 flights up, no stove, tv or shower, next morning she came by & told me to press device to open. It didn’t work. She said too late &be back later sometime today and left. No time given. Evening she said it would be the next day. I Begged her to come that night. She had difficulty w/each item. please explain how to do this b/c I’m pushing the buttons and apparently it’s not working. I chatted w/Vrbo. The escalated number couldn’t call me b/c my phone had no reception. I found Orange & paid $50 for a European sims card. Vrbo contacted her. Day 2: no shower, tv, stovetop, & begging her for help. I couldn’t go anywhere waiting for her as she left abruptly earlier. Day 3: electricity went out & hair dryer was broken. With Herculean strength shower knob was turned for use. My 3 day & I’d gone nowhere just begged for help. W/2 days left went to Renaissance hotel.

La conciergerie qui gère cet appartement ne bosse pas et fait du chantage pour que les locataires ne se plaignent pas . Boîte à clés et robinetterie grippées Machine à laver en panne Robinet de l’évier qui bouge dans tous les sens Micro ondés inexistant Bain à bulles absent Et surtout , la conciergerie qui ment et nous demande de payer une machine à laver neuve.Abritel dit que le sujet est pris très au sérieux chez eux :Ne vous faites pas avoir .. cela peut gâcher un séjour

Location très bien située ( tout proche du centre, des marchés et de toutes commodité

Nous avons été tous les jours en centre ville ( marchés, primeurs, boutiques et restaurants Bien dormi car la chambre est exposée au NORT - Est De plus nous avons bénéficié d’un ventilateur Les velus apportent beaucoup de lumière… dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de rideaux car ils apportent aussi de la chaleur Peut être voir à les équiper 😊 Sinon vacances TOP
