La Moutinière 5*, luxurious Norman house with swimming pool, 25mn from Deauville

La Moutinière is an authentic thatched Norman farmhouse, furnished and decorated with taste, designed as a family home to make you feel at home. It offers very nice services and many amenities for absolute comfort. It is located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, on the cider route, 12 km from Pont-l'Evêque, 25 minutes from the beaches and has a 1 ha park, a large swimming pool, pétanque court, apple grove, all on the edge of very quiet wood.

- 10 guests maximum (excluding babies) - The house has a double internal circulation with 2 stairs, in low season we can isolate part of the house and rent with a reduced number of rooms (capacity of 6 people) for a suitable rate.

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140
- 1 sleigh bed for children up to 8 years,
- 2 travel cots + full baby kit on request

Swimming pool with pit (13x5) open from April to October and heated at least from mid-late May to mid-late September (depending on the weather) and meeting the safety standards in force (locked gate, fence, rolling cover), a pétanque field, a terrace of 100m2 with barbecue-plancha, garden furniture, many sun umbrellas, balloon-balance.

THINGS TO KNOW:

- Maximum number of guests (children over 2 years included): 10
- Prohibited parties and no loud music outdoors.
- For rentals during the holidays, families only are accepted, no group of friends.
- The pool meets the safety standards in force (fence, closing door, rolling cover), its use is under the sole responsibility of the occupants.
- Non-smoking house
- Food and drinks are not allowed upstairs.
- slippers are at your disposal for the 1st floor.
- A certificate of resort/travel insurance including personal liability cover and damage insurance (fire, water damage, glass breakage...) in the name of the person who made the reservation, is to be provided to the host no later than 2 weeks for the French and 3 weeks for foreigners before your arrival. No rentals can be taken into account without this certificate.
- For rentals in WE (excluding school holidays) and if no rental is scheduled just after that of the WE, departures can be made on Sundays in the afternoon.

A complete form including these regulations will be sent to you for signature after confirmation of the reservation.
