We provide our tenants with our holiday home in LA TURBALLE +GARAGE which is an old fisherman's house of 100m2 renovated in the 50s, tt comfort for 6 people, quiet. 50m from the supervised beach, close to the sailing school, the port, all the shops and various restaurants, you can spend your entire stay without a car! 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a large bed of 180x190 (2 mattresses of 90, new bedding); cozy and zen atmosphere. Sheets provided if you wish (25€/person); towels can be provided (1 shower towel + 1 small towel = 9€; 1 beach towel = 6€);. Bathroom with double sink, large shower, WC. On the first floor, large living room with a large family table, bench and chairs; TV; TABLE FOOTBALL and board games are at your disposal. Fully equipped kitchen, LV, utensils for cooking and seafood tasting. 1 room cosy and comfortable living room with large sofa and fabric armchair, rattan armchair, TV, Wifi. WC and washbasin on the first floor. Sunny inner courtyard with table and armchairs, barbecue. WC and shower "back from the beach" access from the courtyard. Laundry room with LLinge and dryer. You can store your belongings there when you come back from the beach.
The house is equipped with free wifi. Teleworking is therefore possible. An office is available upstairs so as not to be disturbed by the life of the family at the RdeCH... A closed garage is at your disposal.
Fishing port and fish auction 100m away. Fruit, vegetable, meat and of course fish market 200m away.
A few km from GUERANDE and its salt marshes, LA BAULE, LE CROISIC (accessible by shuttle boat). Departure boats for the islands of HOUAT, HOëDIC, Belle-Ile, fishing on foot nearby, activities offered by the tourist office for you and your children. Proximity to the wild coast and Brière.

Séjour familial au Top

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à l'occasion d'une fête de famille. Le logement est parfaitement situé au coeur de La Turballe, proche des commerces et de la plage, dans une rue calme.Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien équipées.La cour est très appréciable.Le service de conciergerie a également été particulièrement efficace.Nous recommandons sans réserve
