Super appartement bien adaptĂ© pour notre sĂ©jour. PlutĂŽt propre mĂȘme s’ il y avait un peu de sable Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.Le bĂątiment est calme et les bruits du dehors ne nous ont pas empĂȘchĂ© de dormir. Seul point nĂ©gatif :Ă  l’arrivĂ©e comme au dĂ©part devoir aller chercher/ rendre les clĂ©s en centre-ville de Hossegor alors que l’appartement est Ă  Seignosse au Penon. De plus pour trouver l’appartement les informations donnĂ©es par l’agence n’étaient pas claires et la carte donnĂ©e l’était encore moins. Bref l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt bon mais nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps.

MalgrĂ© une prise de vue allĂ©chante sur le site de l'agence Petit, nous avons eu une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience. JugĂ© "irrĂ©prochable" sur le descriptif de vente (appartement mis aussi Ă  la vente...), cet appartement est trĂšs bruyant la nuit compte-tenu de la fenĂȘtre de la chambre Ă  simple vitrage situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la Place Gentille. Le pire a Ă©tĂ© le systĂšme d'ouverture de la porte dĂ©faillant (serrure tournant dans le vide et loquet se refermant de l'intĂ©rieur aprĂšs verrouillage de la porte) Son ouverture par un serrurier nous a coĂ»tĂ© le prix du sĂ©jour!! le personnel de l'agence n'est pas concernĂ© par les problĂšmes de ses locataires et fait la sourde oreille pour un remboursement de l'intervention! A fuir!!!!
