Petit logement pour 2 personnes max en residence privée fermée avec portail motorisé avec 1 place de parking ,situé derrière la dune .ideal pour profiter a la fois , des plaisirs de l’ocean, du calme et des animations et commerces du Penon. Situé au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Possibilité de parker ses vélos en bas de l'immeuble. Notre hôte, Soleima, est très sympathique, discrète mais tout a fait disponible.

Parfait Appartement déjà loué l'an dernier... très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée et où tout peut être fait à pieds et en vélo . Tous commerces a proximité et loueurs de vélos ainsi que proximité de la plage a pieds avec des écoles de surf. Vue sur la dune et la forêt de pin . Petit appartement douillet pour deux avec couchage en canapé convertible et possibilité de couchage pour un enfant dans un lit 1 personne dans petite chambre . Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Un super séjour

Un petit appt coquet pour des vacances en solo ou en amoureux

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui vous confie ses plantes et son charmant appt qui comporte une loggia (qui peut s'ouvrir) avec vue sur les dunes et les pins. Le couchage 140 se fait dans le canapé dépliant de la pièce principale mais un lit pour une personne existe dans une petite chambre avec bureau .lave linge , pas lave vaisselle, four mais pas micro ondes, bouilloire... Logement au 4e sans ascenseur dans résidence privée avec parking et située à 2 min d un grand parc aquatique et 5min a pieds du centre des commerces et animations diverses.. des emplacements pour garer des vélos au pied de l'immeuble. Bref, un petit appartement situé idéalement ou nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.une adresse que nous garderons précieusement
