If you are looking for a fully furnished home in the most desirable part of Seattle, your search can stop here. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Upper Queen Anne, this spacious three bedroom (plus bonus 4th bedroom with pullout for guests) has all you’ll need to be comfortable. This classic home boasts international award-winning master craftsmanship blending traditional style with modern features. This is a chef’s gourmet kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator and brand new quartz counters. There is a huge flat screen TV, built in surround sound, and you’ll have key less entry access. Heated floors throughout the house and a multi-level built in vacuum system.

This is ground zero in the heart of the Queen Anne Community - you can walk to everything! From this home, you can see and walk to the Farmer's Market, and you are just one block from Queen Anne Ave N. On the Ave, you will find plenty of shopping, cafes, and restaurants. You’re also only a block from the park and the playground, community swimming pool etc.

This place is perfect for a home base in Seattle. Literally 10 minutes from everything major and around the corner from delightful restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and ice cream. The playground around the corner was great for burning off kid energy. The house is adorable and everything is perfect. Comfortable beds, tons of space, adorable garden/ outdoor area front and back. We joked we wanted to move in! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, offering early check in after a long train ride from Vancouver and answering all questions asap. This is truly 5 stars!

Loved this place!! The 6 of us were so impressed with the quality, attention to detail, the kitchen, furnishings and spaciousness. It was well stocked and had 2 laundry rooms. We were greeted with a great bottle of wine that we’d like to get more of. Thank you, Summer! We 3 couples travel often, using our rentals as a base for our biking excursions. The location was perfect for biking to trails, walking to restaurants and the best parking ever! Perfect!!

Very nice home and well kept. Two washer and dryers helped out a lot since we had a week in town then a week on a cruise. Neighborhood amenities are a block away so grocery, restaurants, and almost anything else you need is a 3 min walk. We would absolutely stay again.

We stay in VRBOs all over the country, and just loved this property. We were 7 adults, and there was plenty of room, the dining table was ample for us all, the beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were great, and the entire home is beautifully appointed. There is a charming back yard, we grilled fresh salmon we picked up at Pike's. What we loved most of all, was the proximity to Queen Anne's street, just 1 block up the little hill. Loads of coffee shops, book stores, restaurants, great ice cream place, etc. It was also super easy to Uber downtown and back, for Space Needle, MOPOP, and a Mariners game! Check in was a breeze and communications with owner were excellent. Wonderful home!

The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook and there are TONS of dishes. We literally had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The entire house is exactly as described and extremely clean. Summer (the host) checked in with me to make sure we didn’t need anything (a rarity in my experience). She also left us a welcome gift which was so sweet and unexpected. The location is perfect and the area is super safe to walk around. Grocery store is literally 500 feet away BUT the house is on a quiet residential street. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Queen Anne. It was perfect for our girls weekend. In a lovely little neighborhood and so close to many Seattle attractions. Summer was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Overall our stay was awesome! Great location that is easily walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also is close to a bus stop with easy access to all the typical sights. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches after exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle in the near future.

Hi there! We are Summer and Jeff Trisler. We have been the owners of this happy home in the heart of Queen Anne for many years. Summer (a former actress on Broadway and on the West End of London) works in early childhood music education spreading the joy of music to children and their families, while Jeff, a concert promoter, gives them the music to enjoy and love. This is a very special and light filled home encompassing many happy memories of family and friends, that is sure to bring joy and comfort to any who inhabit it.

It was important for us to be near all the amenities of city life, but feel like we were in a close community neighborhood. Queen Anne was our answer. Walkable to everything, close to theatre, museums and downtown, without being downtown. There have been many happy memories made in this beautiful house.
