The condo was so clean and beds were super comfortable. Walking distance to the board walk. Would definitely book again.

Amazing and convenient

A+ space needing a deep cleaning

Property location is fabulous, out the slider and you are looking at the beach. Place is a little dated but with a deep cleaning would be great (i.e.: behind and underneath items). Kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Bed was excellent with some maintenance needed on sliders, toilet seats and refrigerator. We would probably rent again.

Lovely Stay

We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for years and have stayed in many different condos. This was definitely the nicest. The owner did a very nice job remodeling it and ground floor access to the beach was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped (but coffee machine, no keurig). The only complaint we had was at the cleaning service didn’t do a great job. We didn’t get in until 4 o’clock and I’m guessing the cleaning service rushed in and spent about 15 minutes cleaning the place. The beds were made, and the bathrooms are clean, but I had to wipe down all the countertops and sweep the floors before we could settle in (vacuums weren’t working properly). Still, given how new and nicely furnished the condo is it didn’t take long to clean up. As long as the cleaning service does their job this place is a five-star condo!!

We went for Spring Break. Very clean, very roomy, comfortable. Great location as we could walk out and not have to use the elevator at all. Middle of everything.
