Beautiful Sea Colony unit

I have stayed at several units in Sea Colony and this one was my favorite! It was very spacious and had an extra large wrap around balcony where you can see the ocean as well as the SUNSET!! The beds were comfortable and there were 2 1/2 baths so plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering

Five seniors had an excellent stay at this condo. The views were excellent and the elevator made the move in and out very smooth. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. A few towels and toiletries were missing initially, but we contacted the management and they responded with delivery within an hour. We would definitely come back!

We loved the development. Totally disliked the unit. Besides being dirty, it was not cleaned before we got there. Unit was totally outdated and totally overpriced. I felt that after Spending $7,200.00 for a one week stay I was ripped off. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great location, challenges with Vacasa

The condo was in a great location, you get a direct view from half of the balcony and a few of the next building/street from the other half of the balcony. It's high enough to get a breeze and is in the shade for afternoon on the balcony which was nice. The place was clean and worked well for our needs. My biggest challenge was working with Vacasa. Someone else mentioned having all of the necessary supplies - that was not our experience. We got one trash bag, one roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. When I asked about more, I was told they only gave you supplies for one night. For this cost, I expected not to have to go buy my own toilet paper or trash bags, especially since it was not indicated I would have to bring all of those supplies. The dishwasher was broken the entire time we were there. This took 4 phone calls, multiple emails, and 2 visits and we were finally told it wasn't going to be fixed during our stay. They refunded us $142.05. This "compensation" was not sufficient given how much I had to follow up and check in on things, having to deal with two maintenance people coming by, and having to hand wash dishes on vacation all week. We would definitely rent this condo again and we love Sea Colony's location, but Vacasa definitely added unnecessary challenges to our vacation.

Vacasa provides a starter kit of supplies for our guests to help them get situated and determine what they might need for the duration of their stay. Great Vacation

We've stayed at 710 Chesapeake before and it really works for our extended family. Well equipped kitchen, looks like the apt has been recently painted and clean. The only negative is that the bedroom air conditioning really doesn't work. The main area is blowing very hard but If you don't keep the door open, the rooms are very uncomfortable to sleep.

Great family vacation

The property was great for kids. Great location! Very close to the beach and one of the resort pools. We were able to walk across the street to restaurants and some delivered right to the condo door. First time to Bethany beach and we had a great experience.

Excellent condo!

I stayed here with my husband, 2 young adult daughters and my friend and her husband. The layout of the condo was perfect. Each family had their own "side" of the condo. I loved the large wrap around balcony. The condo was spotless, up to date and it's obvious the owners take great pride in their beautiful condo. It's wonderful! I'd stay here again! thanks!
