very disapointing

We came to the apartment- 4 adults and 2 children. There were no sheets and towels! One double bed was broken, the apartment was dirty, the tap was broken and there was no light in the stairway. My husband and me moved to a nearby hotel and my daughter and her family stayed in the apartment, since it was impossible to move with two small children. A terrible experience!
