This waterfront studio bungalow in Flanders, a hamlet of Southampton, is a private, resort-style retreat designed exclusively for couples. The entire backyard and saltwater hot tub are completely private and not shared—when you book, everything is exclusively yours.

Enjoy a large year-round saltwater hot tub, private dock with a 2-person kayak, fire pit, lounge chairs, and beach towels. The space features self check-in, a separate private entrance, waterfront porch, central air, 55" smart TV, electric fireplace, and outdoor shower. Take in beautiful sunset views over the water.

Guests are welcomed with a welcome tray of snacks, a bottle of wine, and chilled water. Connect with nature as bald eagles, ducks, and swans pass by. Fish directly from the dock, bulkhead, or private bay beach, and enjoy both sunrise and sunset over Peconic Bay.

We booked here because of the beautiful water views we saw in the listing photos, and it did not disappoint! We even saw a swan on our last morning. Everything was very clean upon arrival, and our hosts even supplied a bottle of wine and snacks to make us feel even more welcomed. The location was perfect for what we came for- which was to visit wineries in the North Fork area, as well as visit Sag Harbor in the South Fork. This quick fall getaway was perfection. Will definitely book again!

A few days in Paradise

As beautiful as the pictures were in the listing, nothing could do justice to just how beautiful, peaceful, and serene it was to stay in this incredible slice of paradise. Our hosts, Luciana and Dave were amazing! Our place and the entire property were meticulously maintained and gorgeous. Being able to sit on the deck overlooking the water was so relaxing and peaceful! Gina and I can't wait to stay again.

Luciana and Dave are gracious hosts with excellent communication! The bungalow is cute and well-stocked, and the welcome bottle of wine is a very nice touch. The backyard oasis was our favorite part. Unwinding in the evening with the fire pit and salt water hot tub, surrounded by low lighting and gorgeous landscaping was extremely relaxing. The whole property is very nicely curated. Next time we visit this area, we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Somehow Better Than the Pictures

For the best spot on Long Island for a couple, don't look any further than this unit. While planning my wife's 30th bday, I fell in love with the pictures and booked Dave & Luciana's paradise. We arrived to see it's somehow even better than we expected. The view can't be beat, the unit was clean, private balcony was amazing, and you get full access to hot tub, fire pit, etc. It feels so peaceful and secluded, yet you're a short drive from everything you need. Both owners were very nice and helpful too. Best place we've ever rented. We can't wait to come back.

Stayed here for a wedding weekend— Beautiful property, immaculately clean space, amazing views, and the hosts were great… Super nice people & provided water, wine, snacks to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. While a 20-30 minute drive can get you to plenty of good food and wine options, the view overlooking the water is special, and worth staying in for. Luciana and Dave are terrific hosts, and our room was well-furnished with coffee, tea, snacks, and even some wine. We hope to return!

Truly a Slice of Paradise

We could not have been more thrilled to call this home on the bay our home for a few days. The view is worth millions, the room is big, clean and comfortable - perfect for two people and the location is central to restaurants, activities, the beach, wine tasting... everything. Luciana and Dave and were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them while we took in the view from the balcony. I will long for sunsets from their beautiful yard for a long, long time.

Over the years, we have personally renovated the property inside and out, transforming it into a true resort-style hideaway. Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience, featuring an outdoor dining table, a fire table surrounded by a plush sectional sofa, oversized lounge chairs, an oversized outdoor shower, and a waterfront, oversized saltwater hot tub designed for year-round enjoyment.
