シャレーステイホーム、地下に温水プールがあるリゾートスタイルの裏庭。 ファイヤーピットとチーク材のラウンジチェアとテーブル。 2ベッドルーム/ 1バス-上から下まで完全に改装された家。 WIFI /ケーブル、すべて新しいバスルームとキッチン。 ロフトエリアは、クイーンサイズのベッドと布団を備えた500平方フィート以上です。 階下の寝室にある完全に分離された寝室。 都会のHu騒から逃れたい家族に最適です。
プールは子供用の安全扉で完全に囲まれています。 私は3歳と6歳です
そのため、家は子供にとって安全です。
ハウスはショッピングやレストランに近く、ウェストハンプトンビーチからは6マイル、サウスハンプトンからは10分です。
裏庭は照明付きの完全なOASISです。 ソルト/塩素コンボプール/ LED照明付き温水。
秋には、木々の色が変わり、ワイナリーが数分先にあるのを見るのがさらにいいです。 また、近くに素晴らしいレストランがあります。
いくつかは、セントロ、ストーンクリークイン、ハンプトンファームなどです。

Had a nice time pool was great and back yard fire pit was nice too. Quiet location close beach areas. Owners were very quick to respond to us , helpful with areas to see while visiting.

Great vacation in a clean warm home. Loved the pool and open concept was great close to great restaurants and other spots. We will be back.

Perfect getaway

Lovely house for a couple or small family, and a really special backyard/pool area that was perfect for summer nights. Close to the beach and everything else the area has to offer, it’s really a great spot that I would highly recommend. Booking/coordination were simple and fast.

The property itself was just like it looked like in the photos. It was also well kept very clean. We had everything we needed for us today. The pool was great. Didn’t have to go back-and-forth to the beach. Could stay in the backyard and get the sun and then jump in when it got too hot. The hosts Fabian and Anne Marie were great people and very receptive and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend staying here.Area also great close to many beaches in the Hamptons close enough to East Hampton as well

A Quiet Idyllic Home

Sweet circular driveway with beautifully maintained trees and shrubbery greet you. Walk through front door to a wonderfully appointed home-y atmosphere. Then…you walk into a magnificent backyard, again, beautifully maintained and just lovely. A wonderful, heated pool took my breath away. It was as described only better. What struck us most was the privacy-We truly felt that when we entered this home and most especially backyard-we left our cares and the busy summer in the Hamptons world behind. Except for an occasional run to a market or restaurant, we didn’t leave-we didn’t want to leave. The strongest compliment I can give is that I cannot wait to return. Also, Fabian could not have been more warm and friendly or accessible. For me and my pals-heaven.

Perfect relaxing getaway

My boyfriend and I and another couple had the nicest stay at Fabian’s house over the holidays. The house fit us very comfortably and Fabian was always available to answer our questions. When we weren’t exploring the nearby restaurants and beaches that he recommended, we were lounging in the living room by the fire. There is a beautiful fireplace inside, as well as a cozy fire pit outside. We will definitely be back in the warmer seasons to take advantage of their pool set up in the backyard! Fabian and his family were extremely generous to us throughout our stay. We were very lucky to find this house and be spoiled by Fabian’s hospitality! 10/10 experience.

Perfect backyard!

Fabian was incredibly responsive and helpful. Traveled with two children (6 and 2) and they both enjoyed every second in the pool. The backyard was like a little oasis, filled with toy trucks and a fire place. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway with the family

Quiet away from the city, the pool area is beautiful, the property owner was really helpful. My family and I had a very peaceful stay. The home is really cozy. We are very grateful for a perfect little getaway. The backyard has a fire pit right near the pool. The pool area is really beautiful.

Perfection!

My wife and I just returned from our stay and boy were we sad to leave. The owners are truly a class act and the property is as clean, quaint and comfortable as you could imagine. The pool in the backyard (built no more than a year ago) was perfectly maintained and cleaned, with absolutely perfect water temperatures. Unfortunately, we didn’t use the fire pit area, but that is just an added bonus! This rental is perfect for two couples, or a small family just looking to get away. It’s nestled on a very quiet road, less than a mile away from all of the amazing restaurants the Hamptons have to offer. I’m so happy i found this hidden gem, because we now plan to return yearly, with our growing family! Thank you to both you and your family, Fabian. We truly appreciate you letting us stay in your beautiful home. DD

IDEAL Retreat

What a lovely, warm, clean, bright and impeccable home! Fabian was an incredibly welcoming host and extremely responsive to all my questions from beginning to end. It was clear from the start that he and his family take a very personal approach to service. The house is absolutely charming and tastefully updated - cozy touches in every corner and all the supplies you need to accommodate your stay. Pool and yard are the absolute highlight. Pool is large, 100% secured, perfect temperature and gets both great sunlight and cool shade throughout the day. Firepit was fantastic for relaxaing with wine or roasting marshmellows at night. Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and spectacular location - extremely close to incredible restaurants and farmer's markets. Gorgeous beaches just minutes away, as well as horse farm, park and playground. This property is a dream for adults and kids alike (we came with 4 and 6 year-olds) and is absolutely all-season. Our plan is to return for apple picking in the fall and to sit by the indoor fireplace. Such a memorable experience, we hope to be back in each season for years to come!

Sophie- I’m a little taken back by the 3 stars. From the moment you checked in, your first text said “ you have a gorgeous home and amazing Backyard”. I was very flexible not charging any extras. The weather that week was 50-55 degrees and the pool was at 80 degrees and your expectations was a hot tub for a 20 x 40 pool that is 1 year old. I was charged 2 times for my pool company to come and check on it and it was working perfect. I had a reputable company Swimking come and the owner himself offered to call you directly to explain on why it was only 80-82 degrees since the weather that night dropped to 48. There was no charge to you at all. I even ran the electric for 16 hours to keep it at 80 and there was never an additional electric charge taken out from the deposit. You stayed for 10 days and the gas in the tank was empty and it was a Huge Deal where to get propane. I am 1 mile from anything you need. The house was exactly as described and it’s out of my control that it was a cold/rainy week. I even offered to stay longer at half the price for an additional 2 nights since the weather finally broke, and you said that you were maxed out on your budget. I believe there were other factors on why you were not enjoying your stay, but I had over 6 stays on Airbnb and homeaway and had all 5 stars.

Great Stay

The house was great. Clean, comfortable and the pool was perfect. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but close to grocery store and other conveniences. Fabian is responsive, and coordination was a breeze - no problems at all. Great for a summer getaway from the city, highly recommend!

If you want to stay at the property you have a brand new kitchen for cooking or you can BBQ in the outdoor oasis that has too much to list but a few things are the brand new 1 year old oversized heated salt water/Chlorine pool, full brick build fire pit for making smores or for enjoying a bottle of wine by....

If you want to leave the Property, it is located a bike ride from a number of Beaches as well as numerous towns with salons, supermarkets, etc. There are casual and upscale dinning within walking distance and /or a short ride (less than a mile). To name a few North 1 Steakhouse, Stone Creek INN and the newest addition CENTRO.
