Located in the heart of the sleepy town of Seagrove Beach, Melodia Grand is a beautiful 5 bedroom beach house with private pool, in a gated community at 22 Melodia Lane. This elegant home is just 100 Yards from the Gulf and has its own private beach walkover!
Melodia Grand shares a quiet, Gulf side Gated street with only 2 other homes. This professionally decorated home boasts
3 master bedrooms, each with its own private bath; 1 bunk room and a library with a trundle bed. The great room, kitchen and dining room are on the main upstairs floor and provide panoramic views as showcased in the NY Times "upside down houses" feature article. The upstairs also has a spacious wraparound deck for dining al fresco or toasting the sunset. Melodia Grand is open and spacious with 14' ceilings and crown molding.
Additional Features Include: A wine cooler, 5 flat screen TVs, huge kitchen, kayaks… the extras are really too many to list!
Melodia is in close proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach, yet tucked away from the crowds. This secluded vacation home is truly one of a kind and a favorite of former US manager Beatles Apple Records Ken Mansfield and Grammy nominee and Dove Award Winner, Phil Keaggy. Chef Emeril Lagasse was also a guest before purchasing his own home in the area.

Layout of house and location are great. Perfect for grandkids. We really were happy with the house. Had a couple of small issues but everyone was responsive.

We have stayed at the Melodia for 5 years in a row in October and it has been awesome. Quiet, a couple minutes to private access beach. The house is homey and accomodated the whole family. We enjoyed cooking for lots of friends and catching sunset on the beach! Loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and watching the kayaks cruise along the calm waters.

We had an amazing stay here! It was great to be in such a private community with a private beach. The condo was VERY spacious and accommodated us extremely well. The beach was within walking distance from the condo with private chairs available. Also, we loved all of the little communities within the area with shopping and restaurants as well as an amazing coffee shop. We will definitely consider going back.
Great Location
The house was in a great location and had a decent view of the beach, (I was hoping for a better view). The house was a little dirty, a lot of the stuff was sticky and a lot of the utensils were dirty, we didn't have wifi until the last day and the owners did not know the password, workers showed up really early in the morning to spray the house for bugs without our knowing, owner let us know they were coming 3 hours after they arrived. This being said, the house had pretty much everything we needed with a lot of minor issues. I loved that it was in a gated community and the beach access with chair set up was great.
