Very spacious, everything you would need for your stay. Pool view and side ocean view. Nice and peaceful. Close to everything. Would stay here again for sure.

The unit was beautiful until the down pour of rain arrived and water was all over the living room floor coming from apparently a known crack in the wall per the building manager. There was mold at the ceiling peak and they had one working elevator which was over a year outdated 8/01/2025 for an inspection. I would not recommend this building to anyone as you wouldn’t know if things were corrected. As I would of never thought of being put in danger but my family was. I wished I could post the pictures to show.

We are very sorry this guest experienced water intrusion during an unusually heavy rainstorm. However, we respectfully but strongly disagree with the characterization that her family was “put in danger.” This is a very well-maintained condominium with a conscientious association and board that actively plans, funds and addresses necessary maintenance and capital projects. This was the first time we were aware of water entering our unit at this location. The association had already begun an exterior concrete restoration project addressing building maintenance issues, including water intrusion previously affecting another unit. Unfortunately, the unusually heavy rain exposed an additional point of intrusion above our picture window. We immediately contacted building management, and the issue is being addressed. We also want to correct the impression regarding the elevator. It was inspected in August 2026; management confirmed that the new notice simply had not yet been posted. The August 2025 notice was an administrative posting delay, not a failure to inspect the elevator. We regret that this happened during this guest’s stay. Our many previous five-star reviews reflect the beautiful, well-cared-for home and responsive experience we work hard to provide.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The furniture was so comfortable - the couch and chairs in the living room were top notch! I loved all the "extras" in the room - all the little things that we sometimes for to bring. Hope to stay here again next year!

Like a Home Away from Home

We loved the place. Convenient to Izzy’s with the best tacos and sundaes and the beach! So comfortable and lots of extras from children’s toys to a beautiful balcony where you can watch the ocean. Probably my favorite of my stays at New Smyrna beach to date and we’ve been several times.
