Such a great condo and location. Very clean great views and decorated so cute . Really had everything you could need. Can’t wait to go back we go to New Smyrna very often and this will be our new go too spot.

Amazing Stay

This condo is amazing. Great view from the balcony, very clean, really comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Beach Vaca

Great location

A beautiful 23 minute walk to Breakers….the pool was nice and deep and felt good after a swim in the ocean. Property management was wonderful and even the people who maintained gardening jumped to help me haul garbage. Cute, clean condo and comfy beds. The master bathtub needing repairs as far as draining but otherwise perfect and hope to be back.

Loved the condo! Loved the decor!! Very, very nice place. I gave a 4 star ONLY because the air conditioning didn’t do well for the master bedroom but there were fans galore and that made it better. Took us a day to figure out where we needed them but we did and had a great week! Thank you again for letting us rent it out. I’d love to come back!!

Fantastic condo!

My family met in NSB for Christmas and had a great trip in the beachside condo! We had everything we needed and more. This may be our new tradition!

Beautiful view and beautiful accommodations

Lovely, well maintained condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. The complex also has tennis courts and we enjoyed playing pickle ball. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful unit and experience!

We had a fabulous time at this rental. The view was amazing. The suite was well suited to our needs and the owners were very responsive to questions. Lovely beach access and pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside was it’s on the 4th floor and the elevators were down.

Perfect place!

The condo was perfect. It was very well kept and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that it was right on the beach. The owners were super easy to work with and were always available. Great place to stay!

Beautiful condo, Gorgeous view!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Both my husband and I relaxed at the large pool and enjoyed easy beach access several times a day. We would highly recommend.

Great location, great condo, great stay.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with great amenities, and great location. Parking is easy, access to the pool and beach is easy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely look to book again.

Meet the McMahan family! We live outside of Chicago, IL but have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for the past 10 years for our annual spring break vacation. My husband and I have a 15 year old son, 3yr old daughter and 2yr old little boy. We have fallen in love with the beauty and peacefulness of New Smyrna Beach. Most importantly, its a place you can relax and have great service from the local community.

We have built so many great memories and will continue to do so for many years to come. We have met people that have been coming to this property over 20+ years with their kids and now grandkids. Ocean Reef Villas offers a fantastic private pool for the condo and is literally on the beautiful sandy beach that feels like flour between your toes. Whether you’re sitting poolside or on the beach the entire experience is very relaxing. Its within walking distance to Publix grocery store, Flager Avenue, Walgreen's and several restaurants (Mexican, Seafood, American, Steak, Sushi). Most importantly, another added bonus is you can walk to get ice cream and then shop at Alvin's Island.
