This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with courtyard and mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats five. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and offers beautiful views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Fireplace didn't work and the mantel and dresser were dusty

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY disappointed the fireplace didn't work. We checked in late on Sunday. On Monday morning we turned on the fireplace to enjoy our morning coffee, and it didn't work. I called and placed a service call. They came out at almost 5. He got it going then it went out after he left. I called again Tuesday and was told they had an emergency and they probably wouldn't get out that day but the next. We checked out on Friday, and they never did come by. I worked during the day while my husband snowboarded, so I was there all day. We stayed in this Condo last year and loved it. This year without the fireplace the charm diminished.

During your stay, we had unusually high winds in the area, which unfortunately blew out the pilot light. Our maintenance team did come out to relight it, but with the continued windy conditions, it appears it did not stay lit. We also apologize that we were not able to return before your departure. At that time, our team was addressing a separate emergency, and we regret that this impacted our response time. We understand how much a working fireplace adds to the cozy mountain experience, especially when you’re inside for the day, and we’re sorry this took away from the charm of your stay compared to last year. We truly value your feedback and your continued support, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the fully enjoyable experience you’ve come to expect on a future visit.
