Wonderful stay!

The property was still under some restorations from Hurricane Ian and Milton, however the condo and views were very lovely! We’d definitely like to come back.

Facility was in a great location. People friendly. Easy access to beach across the street. Good restaurants are just a quick drive to get to.

We truly felt like we hit the jackpot with this condo. The space is spotless, bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Jane was an excellent communicator and always quick to respond to any questions. We cooked often during our stay and found the kitchen well equipped. The fridge with the ice maker and water dispenser was a great bonus.The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the Gulf with dedicated beach access. We also loved spending time on the small 5th‑floor sundeck and met so many friendly people there, especially during happy hour.The only downside to the complex is the pool. A flock of white ibis visit several times a day, leaving droppings on the deck and in the water, which made the pool unusable for the entire two months we were there. This isn’t a reflection on Jane or the condo itself. She is wonderful, but guests should be aware if pool use is important to them. The board members need to fix it!

Convenience to the beach and beyond

The Bayfront on Bonita Beach condo was clean, tidy, roomy and perfectly equipped - beach towels and chairs, well-stocked kitchen, and more essentials than we typically see in a monthly rental unit (garbage bags, soaps, etc). Location to the beach for morning walks and sunset views couldn’t be beat. From the lanai, we watched dolphins in the bay with our morning coffee. I haven’t any complaints. When we did had questions, Jane was easy to contact, friendly, and helpful.

Wonderful month!

We had an amazing month of July at the beach! Great location with beautiful views! The condo was stocked with everything you could need and very welcoming. We enjoyed dinners in a lot with the breeze and view of the bay in the evenings. Sunsets of course are the BEST in Bonita and we could go across the street every evening if we wanted to watch. We can’t wait to go back and plan to book again next summer!!

Florida get-away

My wife & I live in Northern IL and for the past 7 years we have been coming to SWFL for the winter months. This year, we decided to spend the winter months at our North Carolina home instead of traveling to SWFL. The weather in North Carolina was extremely wet and colder than normal. We made the decision to find a condo in Bonita Springs for April 1-15, and we were successful. Jane had an opening for her condo that met our time frame so we left North Carolina on March 27th and after a few stops on the way, we arrived at Beachwood on the Bay on April 1st. The condo was perfect! It was exactly as pictured on the website. Great view from the 2nd floor overlooking the back bay. We enjoyed watching boaters on their day boats and pontoons go by. Getting in and out of the parking lot onto Bonita Beach Rd was a breeze since most of the winter snow birds had left for the respective northern homes at the end of March. The condo is nicely decorated and the large 55" TV in the living room was perfect for watching the Masters Golf tournament. What a great finish to my favorite golf tournament. We had several friends visit us and they all agreed that Jane's condo was ideal. We liked Jane's condo so much that we asked to rent it again for the same time period in 2020.. We hope that it is available. We highly recommend Jane's condo to anyone who wants to spend a wonderful time in sunny, warm SWFL.

Amazing Tropical Getaway!!!

We have been coming here for several years and we enjoy it immensely. It is right across the street from the beach and has a great pool overlooking the backwater. You are sure to see dolphins, manatees, and beautiful birds. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and many outdoor activities like kayaking or boating. All you need is a bathing suit!!!

Cant get much better than this

My wife and I have been staying at Jane's condo for 10 years. Need we say more. Always very clean and great value for a bay view and easy access to Bonita Beach across the street. I would highly recommend her condo to anyone.

Nice, Quiet. A perfect place for Vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Sunrise every day was spectacular. The condo was very clean and fully equiped, also with Beach chairs and Umbrella. The neighberhood was o quiet an peacefull, we saw Pelicans and Dolphins . We leave this Place so sad, bud we are definitely will come back. Conny and Thomas Berlin, Germany

Loved the bay view

Condo is very nicely decorated and roomy. There is so much wildlife to view from the bay while sitting on the screened lanai including ospreys, herons, pelicans and fish jumping out of the water! It was also fun to watch the pontoons, boats and kayakers. The location is just across the street from the beautiful beach with easy access to shopping, shelling and the many nearby restaurants (try Doc's Beach House for casual dining and great grouper). We appreciated the menus left by previous tenants and added some of our own as well as the pamphlets and magazines of nearby attractions which included maps. Be prepared for heavy traffic if you plan to stay during Spring Break.

Comfortable, Clean, Great location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The King bed was very comfortable. When you opened the door and windows , there was a nice breeze every day. It is an easy, close walk to the beach! There were beach chairs , noodles, and rafts along with a beach umbrella in the storage room. Plenty of towels and beach towels too. The pool is heated, but I would have liked it a little warmer. We saw quite a few dolphins swimming in the bay. The owner was nice to work with too. Hope to get back soon!!

Unforgettable stay in a beautiful condo!!!!!

We are guests from Germany and have travelled to Florida the last couple of years frequently. This condo was the best we ever had. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door after a 10hr flight ;-) Everything was very clean. Every room was very spacy and furnished with love to the detail. Miss you already.....

My husband and I just returned from a week in this condo in Bayfront on Bonita Beach. We've rented accommodations online before, but this is the first time the reality was better than the online information! The elevator made carrying luggage to the second floor easy, and the beautifully decorated condo was welcoming from the moment we opened the door. It's an end unit so there are lots of windows - great cross-ventilation with doors and windows open, and the view of the bay is lovely. The screened lanai would be safe even for small children and it is possible to relax without swatting mosquitos. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes, and the washer and dryer in the condo meant we didn't return home with a day's worth of laundry. There are plenty of clothes hangers, blankets and towels and sufficient paper products - there was even laundry detergent. We spent several mornings "shelling" on Bonita Beach, just across the road, and a couple of evenings we joined many others on the beach watching the sunset. We recommend the Everglades National Park mangrove tour, shelling on Lover's Key Beach, and Mel's Diner for breakfast - sadly, we found this restaurant our last day. This is a lovely condo and the owner has taken care to provide the amenities that make it feel like a home-away-from-home. We recommend it without reservation.

Beautiful Bonita Springs

Our apartment was beautifully kept, spacious and clean. The whole Condo was well maintained and kept well. We had been to Bonita Springs before and used our vacation this time to explore the areas we missed last time. Breakfast at Dolly's (9930 Bonita Beach Road Southeast Bonita Springs) is a must. Skillets and Sweet Tomatoes are also good. Would recommend the shelling tour on North Captiva. A great place to stay and would recommend it.
