Wonderful stay! The condo was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach accessories. Great location with huge beach and short drive to lots of restaurants. Check in/out and all correspondence with owners was super easy and quick. Highly recommended!!

On the beach and albsolutely beautiful view of the ocean this condo is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all you needed to cook. The location is quiet and we had the beach to ourselves. The pool is new and beautiful with plenty of chairs poolside. We bought a couple of nice beach chairs as the ones there were broke and we left them for the next guests. Great getaway for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Amazing view of the gulf

Condo is in a location that is extremely quiet overlooking a very quiet beach. Perfect location for serenity. Condo fully equipped, easy access, pool is amazing, beds are very comfortable. Owner is very accommodating and quick to reply with any questions. There is nothing disappointing about this rental. It's perfect.

Stay at Riviera Club

FMB is still recovering from 3 hurricanes, but this unit has been renovated and is in great condition. The lobby, grounds, and pool were still being renovated. The beach is beautiful and a restoration process was in progress so it will soon be even better. Kevin quickly responded to any questions we had. My only complaint was there was only one beach chair in the unit. The people in the building were very friendly and invited us to join in their morning coffee gatherings and happy hours. We enjoy being toward the south end of the island away from most of the traffic. There are few restaurants and shops on the south end, but hopefully that will improve over time. A new bridge is being built which involved a few traffic slow downs but nothing like the north end. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at The Riviera Club.

Simply Beautiful

My husband and I were able to spend an amazing trip in this condo. We found out later, we were the first guests to stay post Ian. I have to say, for all the work they did and construction that had to have happened over the past 2 years, The condo itself was spotless upon arrival. The view from the balcony and bedroom window was breathtaking for someone who has never seen the ocean. The beach was clean and full of shells which was one of my absolute favorite things to see. There were several mornings we watched dolphins swim past and chasing fish along the beach. FMB has a long way to go before it is completely recovered from Hurricane Ian but the Riviera Club and this condo were both amazing. With more and more restaurants opening up by the week, it was never difficult to find an amazing place to eat or grab a drink. Santini Plaza is right across from this condo, there were putting what looked to be the finished touches on it while we were there. Rumors have it, the plaza will open next month (September) and offer even more places to frequent within walking distance.

Amazing views and easy access

Overall, great experience with location and amazing views of the ocean/beach area. The cleanliness of the rental was a bit of concern. The countertops, furniture, and floor were covered in a thick layer of dust/hair/sand. The toilets were not cleaned between patrons. pubic hair were found on the seats. Long hair was ground into the area rug, and splattered red ‘nail polish’ was found on the box spring- at first glance it appeared to be blood. The furniture smelled strongly of mildew and the bottoms of the bedroom furniture was broken/crumbling as if it was previously wet. the property manager was notified of the aforementioned concerns, and the cleaning fee was removed from our total condo fees. The provided items were either mismatched, duplicates and there were no complete sets (silverware, dishes, pots/pans, cups, NO CAN OPENER!!, but 5 wine bottle openers?) The beach items were a great thought; however, the items were old and broken (I.e. umbrella, plastic toys, and the chairs provided were of poor quality). I highly recommend bringing your own beach toys and items. With a bit of work, this could be an exceptional rental. It is a great location, with easy beach access, breath taking sunsets, and almost every night we saw wild dolphin. If these areas of concerns were fully addressed, we would easily stay here again.

Emily, We addressed your concerns immediately during your rental period but wanted to follow up again here in response to your review. 1. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. Especially during these times. When you notified us of the problem, we immediately offered to send the cleaning crew back in to fix their mistakes and clean the entire unit again. You informed us that you had already done the work for them. As you stated, we in turn reimbursed you for the cleaning fee you would normally have after your check out for your troubles. 2. Your concerns over the kitchen equipment sound to be more about matching sets and all silverware or glasses matching for full settings. We usually don't consider this a necessity and will take it in to consideration for future guests. We get many compliments on how fully stocked our kitchens are for vacation rentals but this is a first for us on things not matching. 3. Beach toys are not provided by us. These are items left by past renters. We will be sure to get in there and toss what is broken as soon as we can. We always encourage guests to bring their own or purchase their own if they don't find adequate accessories in the unit already.

Great place!

This is a wonderful property. It's right on the ocean to listen to the waves and watch dolphins swim by from your screened balcony. Owner was extremely quick to respond to any issues that came up. The grounds, pool, etc. were beautiful and well maintained.

Overall it was good. Lanai did not look like it had been cleaned recently. Could use some instructions how to navigate the TVs and channel listings for the cable.

On the beach

We spend over 2 weeks in the condo and had a wonderful time. The sunsets every night were breathtaking and the views over the gulf were just as spectacular. Its in a great location with easy access to restaurants and stores. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you.

Room and location were great. The sink drains in both bathrooms need to be treated with a heavy duty drain cleaner. Both were very slow to drain. The toilet bowl in the small bathroom had rust stains.

A room with a view!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riviera 905! We had a great view looking out over the beach and ocean from the living room and Master bedroom. All furnishings were in very good condition and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the guest bedroom). The kitchen was well appointed. The on site pool was nice and it was very clean. Our contact with the property owner was prompt and easy to enderstand. We would stay here again!

May getaway

The 8th floor condo unit we rented was located on the beach with a direct path to the water...the sunsets were breathtaking the dolphins swimming by were entertaining, the unit was spacious and comfortable the pool, the bbq area all was what we needed to make our getaway stress free. We were also walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach bars all perfect for the R&R we were looking for. Local golf courses were also enjoyed. Can't wait to go back next year 😎
