Guest access
You will have the whole house access including 3 car garage with remote opener and back yard with pool to enjoy.
Pool is professional cleaned once a week on every Monday and twice per week for the summer months, every Monday and Friday.
Check in time: 4 pm
Check out time: 12 pm
Early check-in and Late check-out are not available due to Covid-19 concerns. The cleaners will need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the place.
Parking is limited at 5 car max, 2 cars park in the garage and 3 cars park on the driveway
No visitors are permitted
The pool and all the amenities of the property are for registered guests only, no visitors are permitted to use any of the amenities.
All bedding sheets, towels, decoration items are subject to change.
Other things to note
Pool maintenance is on every Monday and Friday morning for the summer months and once per week Monday morning for all other months.

Swimming pool use rules:
For registered guests use only
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk
Children are allowed to swim or play in the pool only when adults are present. Please maintain constant supervision over children.
No animals in the pool
Use provided pool towels for outdoor use only
Walk slowly in the pool area. No roughhousing, dunking, pushing, or wrestling.
Keep the area clear of clutter, debris and toys. Toys can often attract young children to the pool.
No swimming in rainy weather or in thunderstorms
No eating, drinking or chewing gum while in the pool
No glass in the backyard area. Using provided plastic glasses, cups only.
Keep the doors to the backyard closed and locked at all times.
The deepest part of this pool is 4 and 1/2 feet. Do not dive, jump, run around the pool area
Surveillance disclosure: 1 doorbell camera outside of the house by the main entrance, 1 ring camera outside of the garage facing the street, 1 ring camera in the backyard up high on the house. 1 ring camera overlooking the pool equipment.
