Great piece of paradise

Very central area shopping and resorts were near, beautiful grounds on kuleana sight..we enjoyed the grills provided to cook our meals 4 in all..sea turtles and whales to watch off our lanai..we will stay again...

Perfect location, amazing snorkeling at Kuleana

We went to Maui with snorkeling in mind, and after much research chose the Kuleana resort for proximity to some of Maui’s best snorkeling spots. Much to our surprise, the snorkeling within the resort was some of the best we did! Saw amazing turtles and fish and even an eel!

Scenic Location on West Maui

Reviewer Comments: It’s been years since we stayed at the Kuleana and were pleasantly surprised with the updated unit and beautiful landscape at this location. We explored the beach out front and enjoyed snorkeling and cooling off in the ocean. Pool was pristine and refreshing to take an evening swim The views from the unit were amazing, the living space was nicely arranged and furnishings were clean and modern. Shower was great and we really enjoyed an air conditioned bedroom! We much prefer a smaller resort rather than a mega hotel where you have to pay extra for parking and then have to wander through lobbies and elevators to get to your room. The Kuleana was perfect for our tropical home away from home!!

To start, the property manager with Epic made EVERYTHING so easy. All our details were in an email and tye check in instructions took away the stress of checking in. To start with the room, the views beat many that I've seen in Hawaii and I've lived here my whole life. Not often do you get to wake up to the relaxing lapping ocean (if you left the slider open) or get the perspective view of maui, Lanai AND molokai. At night we watched trucks run the mountain back roads on lanai, In the dark midst of the island it looked like UFO's lol. During dinner we saw small little fire works shows from Molokai, nice a nice cap on our nights as we saw them regularly. Day or night the views alone were worth the money! The AC kicked but too, even on the very hot days we were very comfortable. We also made food the entire time we were there and the kitchen was well suited for all our needs. Lastly the staff there were very nice. The grounds keepers always gave us a smile while passing and the front desk lady was the Sweetest. She buzzed us in about 20 times during our grocery hauls and was helpful with the parking situation. We will be staying here again, for sure!

Dreamy Kuleana

I am in awe of the beauty and wonder of Maui -- The Kuleana was the perfect accommodation for us: stunning view of the ocean (sea turtles poking their heads up to say hi), well laid out for the two of us, fantastic amenities (swimming pool), helpful on-property staff and very conveniently located (we enjoyed walking north in to Kapalu and south to Ka'anapli and Lahaina). The condo could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival (hairs in the bathroom, a remnant smell of previous guests, kitchen garbage sits out under the kitchen island). The bedding is very basic and not very aesthetically pleasing (white sheet with a brown top blanket). All minor imperfections - nothing to cloud the beauty and appeal of the Kuleana on Maui. We would definitely come back! Thank you for a fabulous stay! Mahalo!

Fantastic ocean view

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Maui and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. Clean, conveniently located, and clear communications from our host made everything a breeze. The spacious unit was perfect for two people, had good amenities, and a killer view. Watching the sunrises and sunsets on the lanai everyday was a highlight of the trip. We saw whales from our balcony literally every day! Highly recommend getting Bad Ass Coffee down the street or doing the chef's table dinner at Fond.

We discovered when we signed the contract for our stay that the team at Epic was focused on customer service which remained consistent throughout our stay. The Kuleana #613 unit was exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed. The location was ideal with easy access to all resort amenities. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family. In addition the location was central to all the attraction in Lahaina and Napili with the Maui bus stopping right at the property.Thank you to Epic Realty for allowing us to capture a relaxing time in paradise.

A Great Property all just as expected

The unit was very clean and had all that we expected and needed. Beautiful grounds with friendly people a great location. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property. The front screen door had a problem with sticking (hard to open and close) and the toilet bled down and kept re-filling in the night but that was a small thing compared to the great time we had.
