Durango getaway
My husband & I found this fabulous rental months ago to escape the Las Vegas heat. This home is perfect! Flo's photos online were enough to capture our hearts, but when we arrived, it was even more inviting & comfortable, and the views of the mountains were stunning! The neighborhood was quiet, clean, the neighbors were friendly.
The home had everything you could need & then some. The kitchen was well equipped for those that like to cook like me & my husband. We also loved sitting on the front patio in the morning with our coffee/tea, and taking in our moments of "awe" at the mountains in the distance. The backyard patio was very comfortable, and we enjoyed eating our evening meals outside, and every so often, an occasional deer would walk through the high part of the yard.
There are many hiking and biking trails nearby; it is also a short drive, bike ride, or even walk to downtown Durango for a bite to eat or a walk or bike ride along the Animas River.
We loved this home! Flo was very responsive to our questions, and we appreciate that she opened her home to be a rental. We had a wonderful month in Durango!
