It is located in a residential area in the countryside without being so because it is close to the motorways and the shops are 1 minute by car and 10 minutes on foot (bakery, Casino, greengrocer, butcher, pharmacy, Picard…).
The house is accessible after climbing about twenty steps. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with open kitchen of 50m² very bright and air-conditioned, a mezzanine overlooking the living room, an air-conditioned master bedroom, a bathroom and toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find three large bedrooms (16m² bed 160x200, one 18m²: bed 140x190 and one 20m² (can be used as a dormitory) with two single beds 80x190 and a sofa bed 140), a toilet, a bathroom bathroom and a shower room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Direct access to this level to the swimming pool.
The exterior, with an area of 1000m² partly terraced, consists of a huge terrace of 60m² at the level of the living room and kitchen, facing south, shaded with an unobstructed view of the hills of La Panouse, a swimming pool secure overflow and a Mediterranean landscaped garden.
You can enjoy a gas plancha, table football and a Ping Pong table for wild evenings. Easy parking in the street in front of the house.
The house is rented with bed linen and towels (but not pool towels), for a minimum of 7 days.
