Relaxation and comfort in this spacious and charming apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, 2 bathrooms. Located on the first floor of the Marina Village residence in Lagos. This apartment offers comfortable and quality equipment such as bedding, furniture. You will also find a spacious and equipped terrace with a SOUTH / WEST exposure for convivial moments. Air conditioning, large screen TV, connection via fiber, swimming pool complete the comfort.
A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker.
The condominium is surrounded by manicured gardens. The swimming pool area is spacious with sunbeds at your disposal (not nominative).
Ample free parking outside the building.
The Pingo Doce supermarket about 15 minutes walk, the Marina de Lagos with many restaurants are about 10 minutes walk. The large Meia Praia beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

- SHEETS: for stays of 7 nights no replacement, stay of 14 nights we leave at your disposal 1 change.
-TOWELS: please do not use bath towels at the pool or at the beach. We provide you with 1 large bath towel and 1 medium bath towel per person and per stay. For stays of 14 nights, per person we provide 1 large bath towel and 1 additional medium towel, you have a washing machine in the apartment.
-COMMON SPACE: Common spaces must remain clean and calm must be respected from 10 p.m.
- SHARED POOL: sunbathing is shared with other vacationers or residents, it is forbidden to monopolize sunbathing if you are not present. If you move the sun loungers on the lawn, please put them away after use on the pool deck.
-DEPARTURE: Please ensure that the apartment is in the same condition as you found it upon arrival. The kitchen must be left clean and the dishes done and put away, the dining tables cleaned, the shower and bathtub trays, toilet bowl must be rinsed and clean (without hair and other on the walls), the garbage cans emptied. Otherwise we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
- In PORTUGAL, people or companies that make seasonal rentals have the obligation to declare foreign holidaymakers to the Foreigners Border Service (SEF).
Holidaymakers have the obligation to send by Airbnb secure messaging, ID and/or surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport number, place where the passport was made and for each anyone including children.
