Month rentals only, no short term. $3,700 per month plus 12.5% tax and $100 cleaning fee. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with full kitchen on the second floor. Tropical palm tree views outside. The palms property sits ocean side and the pool completely overlooks the ocean along with tiki hut area for lounging and a nice hot tub. Walking distance to great food and fishing marina with charter boats or dockage options available if you bring your own boat. Plenty to see and do in Islamorada just a 5 minute drive north. Lots of restaurants and shopping, art galleries, etc. Reservations are not confirmed until you speak with property manager

Wonderful resort property built so you can get sun and be comfortable when temp is in the 66+ range. Perfect January location. We hated to leave.

Nice and quiet stay

Spent a month here. The apartment was fine. Bathroom felt more like a motel than an apartment… could use a bit of renovation. The second bedroom has no windows. Other than that it was fine for me. Walking distance to the dive shop so diving every day was a breeze. The pool is lovely too. Communication with the manager was fantastic and very helpful if anything was needed.

My wife and I had a great stay here for April 2021. Excellent location. People very friendly. Loved the pool, spa, and ocean side sun deck. Would definitely stay again. Only one bathroom but manageable. Sara and everyone at Bud n Mary’s was great to work with at checkin and checkout.

Location, location, location!

The complex is in an amazing location. The property is directly on the water and within walking or biking distance to many of the best restaurants and so many beautiful places to watch the sunset. The facilities are spotless with a warm pool and relaxing hot tub. The unit was very clean and a nice size. Second bedroom doors not have a window, which I didn’t realize, but it worked when my kiddos visited because they are really easy. Owner was very responsive to questions, answering within the hour. Beds are pretty hard- some people like that and others don’t, so just be prepared. I am planning a return trip already!
