This place is simply beautiful! The condo was clean and comfortable there is nothing negative that can be said. The view is spectacular just as described morning and night.The location is great if you want to explore all of the keys.Ed was wonderful, we didn't need to contact him for anything, but he did check in on us to make sure we didn't need anything extra. He even provides snorkeling equipment and pool floaties for your stay. This place is perfect we will be back.

The condo was very clean and there were so many thoughtful details. The pool area was lovely and the view from the condo is beautiful, especially for sunrise. The other residents and guests I met were friendly and kind.The only downside had nothing to do with the owner. The facility was re-doing the parking lot and I had to park almost a quarter mile down the road at the high school the entire stay.

A Great Escape

The view was stunning, with breathtaking sunrises! It was a serene and tranquil place, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Wonderful!

My stay was just what I was looking for. Somewhere quiet & relaxing with water and warm sun! Ed was very thorough in communication- especially with a short notice booking. It was much appreciated. I will definitely be putting this on my list of places to return to.

A perfect place for us…

What a perfect place! It was so peaceful and the perfect home base as we explored The Keys for our first time. We were able to travel to Everglades National Park one, and then explore south on several days. So many great places to see in easy driving distance. The place is exactly as expected from the posting. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view with awesome amenities

Ed communicated promptly and gave us lots of additional info prior to our stay. Awesome ocean view fron 6th floor balcony. Loved the sunrises. Enjoyed the pool everyday. Game room an added bonus plus all the equipment provided for any outdoor activity.

Enjoyable Babymoon

We went here for our babymoon and the place is glorious. The condo is equipped with snorkels, tennis rackets, etc. for activities to enjoy. Located on the top floor, the view of the ocean from the sliding glass door balcony is amazing. We spent relaxing time in the saltwater pool and also watched crabs and critters by the ocean. The environment of people was super chill and we loved the old highway with nearly 0 cars that was super close to ride our rented e-bikes. The hosts, Ed and his wife were very responsive, kind, and ready to help with anything. (: It’s close to lots of fun places as well such as theater of the sea and spray water sports boat rentals.

Great condo with amazing views

I love this condo. Starting with the gated covered parking spot by the door. Then there's the 90 degree view of the ocean from the 6th floor lanai. Views of the stars above and thunderstorms on the horizon. The condo was very nice and comfortable. A very nice exercise room and swimming pool as well as beach area with tables and benches. The manager was very helpful. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything more!

Comfortable, super quiet, nice view, good location off the main road. Nice pool, gym. Really like that it’s owner owned complex. Covered parking was a plus.

April Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a nice location on the Keys to access many beaches and activities. The pool is lovely and we spent quite a bit of time there. The condo was very quiet. Our view from the balcony was relaxing and like others that have reviewed, we enjoyed our leisurely morning coffee and dinner there if we were home. We also enjoyed watching the nesting osprey on the light over the high school fields. They would fly very near us and at times perched on the roof line above us. Pros: Ed is a great host and communicated with me from booking through our departure- very responsive. Pool area is immaculate- we didn't use any other facilities but the gym looked nice. We had everything we needed and the extras- beach towels, cooler, chairs, bags were all a huge plus. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. All details were explained, but after a long travel time and later arrival (and my failure to thoroughly read all the instructions), we struggled a bit with the entry process- but once again, I think that's on me for not reading everything well. The bed was comfortable, pillows not so much- but I am a fussy pillow person. So tips for future travelers- there are 2 beach umbrellas in the closet, we added one after I didn't see the first. The key fob you get upon arrival is needed to access the gate to get in, the front lobby door and to get in and out of the pool. Thank you Ed!

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo, great area to stay in the Keys. Condo was very clean, easy check in with amazing views. Ed the condo owner was also amazing, he checked in on us and responded promptly with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great place

Our stay was very nice. Ed is great to work with and very accommodating. There is still construction work on the building and work during the day so it was not a big deal.
