Welcome to La Baume!

A superb family home for both summer and winter—perfect for active or relaxing vacations, and always a welcome change of scenery!

Boasting a magnificent view of the mountains and Lake Serre-Ponçon, it faces due south at an elevation of 1,150 meters.

Located in Puy-Saint-Eusèbe in the Hautes-Alpes department, 10 minutes from Lake Embrun, 20 minutes from the Réallon ski resort, and 30 minutes from Les Orres, at the gateway to the Écrins National Park.

The villa is surrounded by two large terraces facing due south during the day and southwest to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

You’ll have access to the entire house: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, bedrooms, offices, two bathrooms, and a garage.

The house offers breathtaking views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the mountains.

Whether you’re spending your vacation here or a longer period working remotely, you’re guaranteed a complete change of scenery!

There are plenty of activities available around the lake: boating, hiking, skiing, water sports, whitewater sports, via ferrata, mountain biking, markets, beekeeping, and numerous cultural attractions.

Maison très agréable à vivre et parfaitement équipée ; extra même avec des jeux de société, une vaisselle et matériel de cuisson adaptés aux groupes, une machine à café très performante et qualité, un sodastream à dispo, des chambres super équipées.... Bref, meilleur confort connu à ce jour dans une maison en loc. J'ajoute que les propriétaires ont été vraiment dispo et réactif quand nous en avons eu besoin. Merci à eux pour avoir participé à faire de nos vacances d'excellents moments

Séjour très agréable, dans cette grande et très confortable maison. Maison très bien équipée, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Un peu loin des pistes pour les skieurs, par rapport à l’enneigement.Très agréable pour les non skieurs, qui ont pu randonnée en partant de la maison. Nous étions tous ravis de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement. Merci Suzie et son époux et Pascaline.

Maison agréable et très bien équipée

Maison spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée (notamment pour les enfants et les lecteurs)! L'environnement est calme et très agréable. La maison bénéficie de deux terrasses dont l'une offre une belle vue sur le lac.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. La maison est très bien située et au calme. Elle est très grande (on ne s'en rend pas bien compte en photos) et la propreté était impeccable. Nous avons pu profiter de tous ses atouts : grandes terrasses, vaisselles et éléments de cuisson en grande quantité, jeux pour les enfants, accessoires pour le bébé de 2 ans ... Les échanges avec les propriétaires se sont très bien passés. En bref un séjour parfait.

Séjour remarquable !

Le gite a fait l'unanimité des petits et des grands : l'espace, le confort, l'équipement, la localisation, la vue, l'ensoleillement - tout est là pour rendre le séjour remarquable. Un grand merci ! On reviendra.
