Charming Pet-Friendly Home Perched on Warren Square by Lucky Savannah

The bright exterior of our two-bedroom, Queen Anne Style Victorian Home, cheerfully welcomes you to this unique charming property. Perched upon Warren Square on the second story, Harper House Too can comfortably accommodate up to Four Lucky guests for a true “live like a local” Savannah experience.

The space gleams with natural light, and boast with high ceilings, original, decorative hearth and tasteful furnishings. The living space comfortably seats your entire party, also fitted with A flat-screen TV, oriental rug, original fire place that is now decorative. Stepping into to the spacious kitchen, you'll find original wood work and flooring throughout the home, a classic feature in Victorian homes. The kitchen has been tastefully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, open shelving to modernize the space, and a large butcher block island perfect for preparing home meals. Tucked away, you'll find the solid wood dining table that can seat up-to Four Lucky Guests.

Just off the kitchen, the large bathroom features a serene setting with marble countertops, and a large subway tile soaking tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you'll find the guest bedroom which is fitted with a bunk bed perfect for children, or singles of the group. At the front of the apartment, the primary bedroom awaits, with an ample amount of windows, another original fireplace with brickwork, and a comfortable King size bed.

You’ll be just minutes from the excitement of River Street and Broughton Street, with Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions all within walking distance.

It was SO beautiful and well-preserved, it felt like going back in time but with all necessary modern amenities. It's in a perfect location...walkable to both the river area and downtown. The squares throughout Savannah and Warren Square, right next to the rental, are so charming and great for dogs (we had two Corgis with us). Cannot recommend enough! We also extended our stay by an extra night due to a travel snafu, and it took less than five minutes to get a real (!!) person on the phone and update the reservation.

Wonderful upstairs apartment in a nice neighborhood. Very large for such an older place and very nicely updated. The location can't be beat, 5 minute walk to River and Bay Streets. The people at Savannah Stays were always available to answer any concerns. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others

Great location - located in the historic district. Within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, public squares, bars. etc... Also easy drives to the like of the above as well.

Beautiful Stay, Great Location

We LOVED the location of this property. Just a block from all the restaurants we could want to visit, a couple of blocks from River Walk & nice walk from beautiful Forsyth Park where we had an amazing picnic lunch. We will definitely visit again!

Some of my favorite parts- 1) family & pet friendly 2) beautiful layout with lots of natural sunlight 3) perfect location with a park next door and super close to downtown fun Really the only con was some mild street noise that we drowned out with our sound machine. Overall a wonderful stay, would book again, and would recommend to a friend!

Great location, perfect home base!

Loved our stay. The apt was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a three day stay! Location was awesome beautiful surroundings and once o parked our car in our provided parking spot I didn’t have to drive until we were leaving! Close to everything and could walk everywhere! This was one of my families favorite vrbo we have stayed at! If we head back to Savannah wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Host agency was great responsive and helpful!

Quite and Peaceful

Had a very nice stay in this beautiful home. Everything was extremely clean and ready upon arrival. The neighborhood was quite and in a perfect location. Just a short 5 minute walk to anything you wanted to do or eat. I would highly recommend anyone staying here and I plan to return often.

We were within walking distance to everything and was able to leave our rental car parked in the spot provided with the property. That in itself is a huge perk since you have to pay to park everywhere in the historical part of Savannah. The unit we stayed in was on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1897. The floors creaked and a lot of the tables were antique, but we LOVED that as it added to the charm of the place! We had a couple of questions while we were there and received very quick responses and resolutions. We hope to be able to stay here again and return in a cooler time of year. The heat and humidity were rough when we were there, but that had nothing to do with the property. In fact, the air conditioning worked very well!

Excellent location!

Well loved this apartment. It's location on Warren Square was beautiful. We easily walked to Boughton Street and River Street for lunches and dinner. The stop for the hop on trolly tour is only a block away. Our Savannagh walking tour met at Warren Square, right out the front door! We would definetly recommend and at this apartment again. The wayer pressure is perfect and the apartment wss very clean. Thank you!

The character in this home was second to none, and it had everything we needed. The only complaint I could possibly think of is that we couldn’t find the outdoor trash bin to leave our trash in when we checked out. We didn’t have a chance to call the office to ask because a friendly business owner nearby said we could leave our trash in her bin. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Savannah!

We easily got parking right in front of the house with street parking. There were ants on the center counter in the kitchen which need addressed. I also think blinds that completely shut in the bedroom would be appreciated. We will definitely be back!!

Location is perfect! Loved how close we were to everything. The apartment is charming and very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is the shower door leaked everywhere and there weren't enough towels for us to use and to mop up the water so we had to do laundry to have towels to use. The dishwasher rollers were broken and was a little hard to load. But these were minor issues and didn't detract from the charm and location..

Great apartment in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment looked just like the pictures and was a refreshing change from a standard hotel room. It has the charm of the Savannah historic district, with all the modern conveniences you'd want. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, too. We’ll definitely be back to this unit in the future.A couple of minor critiques—blackout curtains in the master bedroom would be a great addition. Also, while parking is behind the building (not to the side), it wasn’t clearly noted in the documentation. When we arrived, I called Lucky Savannah to confirm the assigned spot since I didn’t want to risk getting towed. Their representative was very polite and knowledgeable, and they quickly pointed us in the right direction.Taking the trash out at the end of the stay was a bit confusing, too—we weren’t sure which bin to use. A little more clarity on parking and trash disposal would be helpful, but none of this took away from the overall experience. We still give this rental and Lucky Savannah a solid 10 out of 10!

Ok not great

Location was close to many things. The square was not comfortable to walk in after 6 pm or early morning. Broughton St. And riverfront close. In need of updating. No blankets to be found anywhere. Only sheets on the bed. Bring extra toilet paper, coffee, sugar things you would think would be included as they are not. Decent but not the best.

Great stay in historic home!

The house was amazing and everything was as advertised. We had one hiccup when we opened the front door. The door to the right was left open, probably inadvertently. This caused us to think this is where we would be staying. Around the same time, another family entered from the back of the house. After realizing the confusion, we relocated to the upstairs, which is the door to the left. Other than that, we enjoyed the accommodations . The house does state it was built in 1897 and the pipes are old. This does cause some annoyance when trying to shower, but nothing that could be done about it. Great stay, great location!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect if you want to walk to City Market or the River. The home is 125 years old, so not everything is going the be in “perfect” condition. We had a horrible time trying to get the door code from Lucky Savannah. When they finally sent one to me, it didn’t work. Even more disturbing was that the neighbor next to us tried to help, and his code worked on our door. If you’re looking for things to do in the property, you’re out of luck. This is a nice rental in Savanah for the convenience of walking around and enjoying the area. I had no contact at all with the owner since it wasn’t necessary. However, I doubt that I will ever do business with Lucky Savannah again.
