Property and amenities were fabulous! Appreciated being close to Suncadia Social which was an easy walk. Special treat to have multiple visits from deer in the area. We will definitely be back in the future!

The home was very well organized, and was exactly what weexpected! The host was very easy to get a hold of and the process was extremely smooth. They even came out mid stay and cleaned our hot tub for us. Was such a lovely experience and highly recommend!!

Very nice house with a central location. Pretty close to a major road but also very close to the park! Perfect for our 8-10 year old kids. Very pet friendly. Comfortable furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with host!

Great place to stay. The property is well appointed with all the things you need in the kitchen. The game room is nice, but the ping pong balls all were damaged with holes to se couldn't use them. The air hockey table is small and didn't work well. The house is centrally located and the backyard is sheltered because it is lower down than the street so you don't get the road noise or wind.

Great relaxing stay

We enjoyed the property very much. We came over to golf with friends for a few days and then enjoyed the weekend with our spouses. The house was in a great location and had everything that was listed. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location

This house has a wonderful location. We could walk across the street to a play ground, trails and the golf course to sled. It was pretty clean and a good size for our party of 6.

Nice house in great area

The house was comfy and nice with everything we needed for a nice week away. Bedding was very comfy with a great kitchen. The living soon has so much seating that everyone can have their own recliner.

Fantastic Location and Home

Perfect place for a boys golf weekend. Plenty of room and tons of games in the garage to keep us busy while we weren’t golfing or eating at Swiftwater. Would definitely rent this place again.

Pinecone Place was perfect for our quick family weekend. Great central location. We appreciated all the amenities plus the responsive communication throughout our stay. I think we will probably buy our own set of the the comfy recliner couches in the living room!

Great place, great location

House was in great shape. Check in process was a breeze. Great location. Property management was super responsive with some questions we had before the trip started. Couldn't ask for more.

Great spot to relax

Great house for our family and dog. Plenty of room, stocked kitchen, super fun game room and EV charger all made our trip enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive during our stay, checking in if we needed anything and the checkout process was easy.

Long weekend with our moms

Very relaxing and peaceful getaway. Great walking paths for our 80 year old moms. The house was comfortable and cozy. We LOVED the pop a shot and ping pong!
