10 jours idylliques !

Un superbe appartement en duplex meublé et équipé avec goût. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances : la vue sur la végétation tropicale des alentours, aucun vis à vis, la plage de Petit Havre à 3 min à pieds, une literie confortable, des rangements et un équipement très complets !Pas de coupures d'eau (il y a une citerne de stockage) ni d'électricité durant nos 10 jours, aucune panne ou objet qui ne fonctionne pas... Un accueil très agréable par Valérie et pleins de petites attentions tellement sympas : fond de cuisine et de produits d'hygiène, lits faits à l'arrivée, des boissons dans le frigo etc ... Merci pour tout ! Juste un point d'amélioration : les moustiquaires proposées sont un peu justes pour dormir à 2 dessous, la toile vient se coller à la peau ... il faudrait des baldaquins sur les lits pour pouvoir les tenir à distance des dormeurs ou en installer sur les fenêtres.

Annonce mensongére en ce qui concerne le nombre de chambres, il n'y a qu'une chambre et non 3 comme indiqué. Un autre couchage en mezzanine et un autre couple a du dormir sur le canapé. L'appartement est fait pour 2 couples , voire 2 couples et un enfant. Nous étions 6 , avec une seule salle de bain et les toilettes dans la salle de bain, ça bouchonne un peu.Sinon l'appart est très bien équipé et très bien situé à 50 m de la plage comme précisé dans l'annonce.Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes et dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Merci Agnès sur le côté positif de votre commentaire. Par contre je ne suis pas d'accord sur l'aspect mensonger de mon annonce, comme vous le dites, il est bien stipulé dans le descriptif le nombre de pièces et de couchage (photos a l'appui). C'est Abritel qui en deduis le nombre de chambre et pas nous,comme je vous ai expliqué au téléphone lors de votre arrivée et vous-même m'avez avoué l'avoir vu. De plus, si on veut être pointilleux, il existe des conseils d'utilisation sur l'eau, les climatiseurs et sur le voisinage que vous n'avez pas vraiment respecté. Je suis ravi que vous ayez passé un bon séjour dans notre logement malgré ces désagréments dont nous ne sommes pas responsables.
