Very pretty villa located in a quiet and sought-after residential area of Mandelieu-La Napoule, near the Estérel Massif.
Ideally situated, it is just a few minutes from hiking trails and only a 10-minute drive from the beaches.
With a 160 m² surface area, this villa offers a comfortable living environment with:
3 bedrooms, all on the same level
3 bathrooms
3 toilets, including a guest toilet
A landscaped 1,500 m² garden
An infinity pool with breathtaking views of the sea and the Lérins Islands
You can also enjoy a small pétanque court, perfect for fun and friendly moments with friends.
As for parking, no worries: you can park your car at the entrance of the house, and a visitor parking area is also available.
