This Lovely private lakeside oasis awaits you and your loved ones. You will fee like you are away from everything, but only 10-15 minutes from downtown Madison!!

Experience the Lake Lifestyle in this spacious home with amazing lake views, breathtaking sunsets, mature trees and a huge fenced yard with over 200ft of Lake frontage.

This beauty sets up great for multigenerational vacations, a multifamily trip, or whatever you can dream up!


-GATHERING AREAS

Everywhere you look there are great places to gather as well as places to get away. The large gathering spaces include Chefs kitchen with double ovens breakfast bar and eat in area/ kids table!

Our favorite and most used spot is the incredible 25x12 screened deck/living room with L-shaped couch, recliners and a dining table for 6, you’ll enjoy morning coffee as the day gets started, pause the fun for a quick lunch before getting back to the lake and relax with a glass of wine after dinner watching the sun go down!

Other great spots to congregate are:

INDOORS
-a massive game room with pool table, arcade games and a movie screen kids and kids at heart will have a blast in here!!

-the intimate dining room that seats 12 for dinner as you watch the sun go down from the wall of windows

-the downstairs family room with enormous sofa with room for 10-12 with 65in TV.

-the upstairs living room with cozy fire place between the kitchen and the screened porch

OUTDOORS
-large fenced and manicured yard. Its wide open and great for kids and dogs to run. We provide a slip and slide, bocce ball and other games for you and your family to enjoy! Dont miss the 35 foot rope swing- just be careful and use at your own risk.

-2 huge wrap around decks one with sun loungers and the other with a seating area

-Lakeside dock featuring a bench, plenty of room to gather, views both directions up and down the lake, a paddle board, lake toys for the kids and a lilly pad for you to use. The lake bottom is mostly sandy, but there are some rock. They are generally not sharp, but there are water shoes provided for kids if you want them.

-finally my favorite- a firepit tucked away in the woods facing the lake with adirondack chairs for 8. (Remember no noise after 10pm please).

Your group will never run out of fun things to do together after a day on the lake!!


-BEDROOM SET UP

Theres plenty of room to sleep everyone with a flexible set up.

Starting with the super lux top level master suite. Large 18x14 Bedroom has a king bed fireplace and walk in closet. doors lead to private screened deck with a lounger and sitting area, bathroom is luxurious featuring a soaking tub overlooking lake and a separate shower.

Top floor also includes a second bedroom or nursery with bunks that works great for a family, or shut the doors and keep the primary suite to yourself!!.

Main level has a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, and an office with a queen bed.

Walk-out lower level has 2 more bedrooms both with stunning lake views, that share another full bath. One has a queen bed, the other has a twin loft bed over a queen.

OTHER INFO-
Home features too much to list, but includes- 2 laundry rooms, , access to a boat lift (extra fee), paddle board, fire pit area, etc. Pets are ok, but dogs must be walked or picked up after immediately if they go in the yard. If you are interested in using our pontoon 27ft Avalon Tritoon w/ 150 hp Honda engine that seats 15, please reach out and we can work out the details. Please have experience. If you’d like to bring your boat and its compatible with our lifts, we can work that out also at a fee.

PLEASE READ AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN ABIDE THESE RULES:

Rules include, but are not limited to:

7 day (6 night)minimum rental longer is possible. Do not ask for shorter, we cant do it by rules of the village

No noise outside the house between 10pm and 7 am.

Maximum of 10 guests.

4 Vehicle maximum on site 2 in garage, 2 in driveway. If you bring a trailer, that counts as a vehicle. NO ON STREET PARKING!! This includes if you have guests over for dinner. You will need to shuttle cars to another location to keep the number at 4.

Guests must provide license plates of all cars they plan to bring which I will forward to the village. This is a village rule and is non negotiable.

No outdoor amplified music. No bands, no parties, no weddings.

No Fireworks. Ever.

Nothing should ever enter a neighbors yard. This means children, pets toys, etc. If a ball goes into a neighbors yard you should play a different game.

Do not flush anything but toilet paper.

If you break something, let us know so we can replace it.
