The Villa "Stay" has five bedrooms (one with extra sofa bed), four bathrooms, a large living room, lounge area with additional sleeping for two people, dining room, kitchen and adjoining terrace with barbecue. Maximum occupancy 12th

The 2000 sqm large park-like garden with a pond and access to the river (fly fishing) offers diverse areas and levels with various seating areas.

The Baroque pavilion located on the property dates back to the 1760th He acted as a garden shed of scale on this side of the river Scheibler gardens.

The parking situation is very limited in the old town of Monschau. Fortunately, our guests two private parking spaces at 150 meters for free. For loading and unloading can be driven directly to the house.

The direct flow situation children should not play unsupervised.

Beautifully located in picturesque town, an intriguing old house in an amazing setting, and we were well warned about tourists, they were everywhere!! Anke was great, very helpful as we got in a muddle with parking and waste disposal, she replied quickly and efficiently. House was well provided for but a bit tired in places. Ample space and lovely garden to eat outside in. (Only negative: the showers all flooded and over flowed, obviously need a good clean out, had to do a LOT of mopping up. Bath was good and ample hot water though!).

Es freut mich, dass Ihnen die Villa und der Garten so gut gefallen haben. Ich finde es schade, dass Sie die Thematik mit den Duschen nicht erwähnt haben. Unsere Hausverwaltung wäre umgehend gekommen und hätte das behoben. Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig, dafür beschäftigen wir eine eigene Hausverwalterin vor Ort.

Perfekt für Familienfeiern

Wir haben drei wundervolle Tage in diesem fantastischen Haus verbracht. Der Garten ist toll und die Ausstattung perfekt. Absolut zu empfehlen. (Nur den Wirlpool, der auf der Seite von fewo-direkt angegeben ist, haben wir nicht gefunden.)

Wir verbrachten ein verlängertes, herrliches Wochenende in diesem zauberhaften Haus in allerbester Lage. Der Weihnachtsmarkt begann quasi vor der Haustür und doch abgeschieden. Alles war perfekt: Von der Sauberkeit bis hin zur Ausstattung. Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Immer wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit der Familie. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt von Monschau und das Rauschen der Rur ist sehr beruhigend. Es war alles so wie man es sich wünscht.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern und 1 Hund in dieser Villa. Es war großartig in diesem Ambiente ein paar Tage Auszeit zu genießen. Bedenkt man den pflegerischen Aufwand der so ein Objekt in dieser Lage bedeutet, ist alles sehr in Ordnung. Aber, dass ausgerechnet im kleinsten Bad eine Badewanne eingebaut ist, dadurch kein Platz mehr für ein gescheites Waschbecken vorhanden ist und das WC auf Kindergrösse schrumpft, passt nicht zum sonstigen Eindruck. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wieder hierher kommen. An die neugierigen und staunenden Blicke der Menschen auf der anderen Uferseite haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.

Eine sehr stimmige Villa. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Monschau. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Aufteilung ist gerade für eine große Familie perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hier lässt sich trefflich feiern!

Wir (10 Erwachsene) verbrachten anlässlich unseres alljährlichen Familientreffens ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende in der Villa Bleibe. Trotz kurzzeitigen Ausfalls der Heizung - die Hausverwaltung hat sich umgehend und rasch um Abhilfe bemüht - hat es uns allen an Nichts gefehlt. Die großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten laden tatsächlich zum "länger Bleiben" ein.

Mega Haus

Wir machen jedes Jahr mit elf Frauen eine Tour und was soll ich sagen: es war einfach super. Wenn man überhaupt etwas beanstanden kann, dann nur, dass die Küche etwas klein ist und man wenig Arbeitsfläche zur Verfügung hat. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen und möchten uns auch für den netten Kontakt mit Frau Oster bedanken.

Listen to the River and Relax

This is truly a unique property that is carved into the valley. You fall asleep listening to the river and enjoy it all day long. We rented bikes for the week and were able to either bike or walk everywhere we wanted to go. We never moved the car because there was enough to do in the town and the area. This house is exceptional and so filled with light. Truly a beautiful place to spend with the family.

Ein wunderbares und sehr geschmackvolles Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Ein wenig viel Touristenverkehr in Monschau, aber auf der anderen Seite des Flusses hat man davon nicht viel mitbekommen.

Die Villa und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern.

Die Villa bietet für die maximale Auslastung von 12 Personen ausreichend Platz. Offensichtlich wird sich bei der Gestaltung und Erhaltung der Unterkunft sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Es gab keinen Raum und kein Möbelstück, dass vernachlässigt wirkt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
