Nice and big spanish villa with a great very quiet garden. We had a lovely stay , played tennis, enjoyed the pool and the beautiful nature in this part of Mallorca. I would reccomend the house, 10 minutes by car from Pollenca. Helpful and friendly owner.

Schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt

Wir wurden extrem freundlich von dem Vermieter angenommen. Wir kamen sehr spät und es wurde mit viel Rücksicht auf uns alles vorbereitet, damit wir gemütlich und ohne Stress ankommen konnten Die Finca liegt am Ende eines Schleichweges abgelegen und entspannt in der Nähe von Pollença. Uns allen hat es super gefallen. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Der Pool ist wunderschön und hat den Kindern und den Erwachsenen eine Menge Spaß, Action und Abkühlung bereitet. Der Tennisplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt an der Finca. Es tat gut, die alten Tennisfähigkeiten etwas zu trainieren. Die Küche ist tadellos und die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls bequem.

Ein wirklich ruhiger und erholsamer Ort!

Das Anwesen liegt versteckt mitten in einer grünen Oase. Die Ruhe und Erholung war genauso wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Wir haben ein paar Tage am Pool entspannt und die Ruhe genossen. Die Runde Tennis am Morgen hat für einen guten Start in den Tag gesorgt. Leider sind auch ein paar Bälle auf Nimmerwiedersehen verloren gegangen. Von hier aus waren wir schnell in Alcudia, Polenca oder auch auf dem Weg zu anderen Ausflugszielen aus der Insel. Die Finca vermittelt einen sehr warmen und familiären Eindruck und wenn man sich mit dem Besitzer unterhält versteht man auch warum. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und es war ein schöner Urlaub mit unserem 12 jährigen Sohn. Auch wenn die Finca schön etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist würde ich nicht viel verändern wollen.

Gemütliche Finca in der Natur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Finca von Juan sehr genossen. Die Finca bietet neben den drei Schlafzimmern sehr viel Platz (auch indoor) mit mehreren Zimmern mit Sofas, Esstisch, Sitzecke etc. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man kann sich gleich sehr wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Im Außenbereich kann man die Natur genießen, die Vögel singen, der Tennisplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und der Pool mit den 4 Liegen befindet sich etwas erhöht mit schöner Aussicht. Es gibt schöne Sitzplätze unter dem Vordach sowie einen großen Tisch unter einem Sonnensegel. Beim ersten Mal ist das Haus etwas schwer zu finden, da die Straße am Ende nicht befestigt ist - aber wenn man denkt, hier geht's nicht weiter: Dann ist man richtig! Der schöne Strand von Alcudia / Playa de Muro ist sehr gut in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Juan war immer ansprechbar und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub als Familie

Die Finca sieht exakt aus, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Küche wurde mittlerweile renoviert und durch eine Neue ersetzt. Es war ein toller Urlaub als Familie. Den Abend konnte man sehr entspannt auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Ein unkomplizierter und toller Urlaub! :-)

Es war ein toller Urlaub in Mitten den Natur. Der Ausblick vom Pool auf die Landschaft war einfach traumhaft, Abends konnte man gemütlich Grillen und in der Sitzlounge verweilen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, da es schon recht abgelegen ist. Ein traumhafter Urlaub - wir kommen wieder.

Außenbereich und Pool zum wohlfühlen . Küche neu und sehr sauber. Die anderen Räume sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber ! Insgesamt hält man es hier auch längere Zeit gut aus 😊 seh freundliche Vermieter! Eine Bitte an die nächsten Mieter, hin und wieder kommt ein kleiner niedlicher Dackel vorbei, seid nett zu ihr !!!

A fantastic rustic property in a beautiful secluded location

We loved our holiday here and would definitely recommend it. A peaceful, tranquil and incredibly beautiful break away from our hectic lives. The owner was super friendly and helpful on our arrival, which made up for the poor communications with the agent beforehand. The property is rustic but fantastic and the owner had just installed a new kitchen. The pool and gardens are simply amazing - we would have bbq-Ed every night, if it wasn’t for the bugs. The secluded lush location meant there were lots of mosquitos.. so be prepared! The dirt track to the property was exactly that, but not well suited to a big minibus for the six of us. The finca is far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough for meals out in the picturesque Pollensa and more vibrant Alcúdia ... ten minutes away are beautiful beaches, ranging from quiet coves to long sandy stretches with Watersports activities. This was our first family hols to Majorca and we’ll definitely be back as there’s so much more to explore. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful finca 😃

abgelegene ruhige Lage , sehr schöne Poolterasse

viel Platz und gut für Familien mit Kindern, ,authentische Einrichtuing, allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftiger steiniger Zufahrtsweg. Leider war es uns nicht möglich das Haus im April zu beheizen.
