PUNXA. Lovely stone-clad villa with large gardens surrounded by fruits and mountains

This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Mallorcan charm and character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls.

Swathed in colourful flowers, the private entrance opens onto a long unmade driveway leading to the villa and its ample parking area. Inside, the fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings, and a double sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob and an electric oven plus a walk-in pantry.

The spacious lounge dining area boasts tasteful wood furniture, paintings and decorative Mallorcan plates and ceramics. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consist of two twins and one double, all sharing a full bathroom.

At the front of the villa is a large front terrace decorated with a vineyard pergola from where you can appreciate the lovely rural setting of the villa. To the side of the villa there is a built in barbecue plus a wood burning oven housed under a cool covered terrace and a further shower room.

The beautifully kept lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and the lovely pool overlooking the unspoilt countryside.

Finally, we would like to highlight that the villa offers Internet connection (Wi-Fi). THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Loved the villa, amazing outdoor space and pool with unexpected, very entertaining cat friends! Pollensa is a beautiful place to visit.

This villa needs an upgrade unfortunately. It's the first place in Pollensa in 10 years that we've been disappointed with. It smelled damp and the furniture and equipment was poor quality. The beds were very cheap, the sofas had old throws over them and the only inside bathroom is dingy and very small. We ended up using the outside bathroom and shower instead. The outside dining table was too unstable to use for dinner though we did tighten the screws. There were a number of signs around the property advising what we weren't to do, including an ancient hi-fi system that was out of order. Why not remove it??The road is very narrow so be aware, it is difficult to access for anything but a small vehicle. On the plus, the location was great, WiFi was decent, the pool is very nice and the aircon is good. There are plenty of other villas in this area that are much nicer for the same value.

Fabulous Villa and Location

Gorgeous villa, the pool is to die for. We spent lots of time swimming and eating on the terrace. Ideal for a familygroup looking for somewhere peaceful but close to the amenities of Pollenca and lots of stunning beaches within 10 minute drive. The only downside was the irratic arrival of the cleaning staff to change towels and the pool guy arriving an hour before we were supposed to check out which ruined our plans of a final last swim. Also as we stayed in the villa for 2 weeks it would have been nice to have bathrooms cleaned and floors swept at least once during our stay.

Many thanks for your nice comments, it is always nice to know the customers opinions as our aim is always to improve our service and properties. With regards to the last day, I am really sorry to hear what happened on your last day the cleaners and pool man should not had come that early, of course we will look at this matter. Also with the cleaning , you should have had cleaned bathrooms and floors during your stay, again I will find out waht happened , I hope these two negative issues had not given a bad impact of the holidays and our service. Regards. Silvia. Portvil SL.U

Charmante, ursprüngliche Finca in guter Lage

Super schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Beautiful stay in Can Roqueta

This was one of the nicest villas we have stayed in so far in Pollensa. The Villa company that manage it we’re really efficient and the owner takes great pride in his property and pool. 1.3 km walk to main square in pollensa was perfect . Short drive to supermarket. Outdoor area was perfect and tabletennis and pool table an added bonus.
