We just renovated this good looking two bedroom with a brand new kitchen and bathroom in the beginning of 2020. This unit which is the lower of the identical unit above just in case you want to bring more family or friends has a easy in and out to your private courtyard space. (We just added Safe Box in units).
Out the Frontgate head East to calm waters of MISSION BEACH or head West a block away to the fun 🏄♀️ surfing waves of of the great PACIFIC. On your way stop at the surf board and bicycle rentals only half a block away on our quiet walkway. If you need a STARBUCKS one block away, it’s right across from BELMONT PARK. Across the street hang out at the famous renovated PLUNGE; a large three story fitness club with swimming pool. Then enjoy the beach lounge serving food and drinks. Relax and kick back taking in the fresh Pacific waves of sun and fun. For guests with young ones you may also enjoy the latest Mission Beach Park called Maruta Garden Playground at Bonta Cove, also just across the street. Enjoy on the calmer bay beach area only a few steps away.
Per City of San Diego codes we are only allowed MAX of 4 guests in this unit. Specific head counts of all people including children staying on properties must be approved by management upon time of booking for insurance purposes. Those traveling with children under age of 3 will not be counted as a guest but again need to be aware of head count pre City of San Diego codes. **Please note: We are a vacation rental and supply a starter kit: 1 paper towel, 2 roll of toilet paper, box of Kleenex, soap supply for kitchen and bathroom. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash. A sampler of coffee and teas with powdered cream. Napkins and salt and pepper in packets. Thank you**

We had a wonderful time at this property! The beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic! The owner and property manager went above and beyond to help make my birthday weekend special, and we had everything we needed. It was truly a great weekend getaway and we're already planning our next visit!

Great two bedroom apartment! Renovated with updated kitchen and bathroom. Nice, quiet location with quick access to Mission Beach and Mission Bay. Garage access included, which is essential for the neighborhood.
This is a cute unit in a fabulous location. The one downside is the parking situation. You get half of a garage, but it is pretty small. We had a smaller SUV - the smallest thing the car rental place had - and we had to fold in the side mirrors to get it in. And it was almost impossible to get out of there were cars in the spots on the other side of the alley. We ended up finding street parking, because it was less stressful. I still recommend the place, but get the smallest vehicle you can.

I'm glad to hear you liked our property, sorry to hear you had problems with the garage parking. If you would've reached out to me I could've recommended a free overnight parking spot.
The property was in a central location in Misson Beach, you are walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend get away. The parking situation in the area is not good, but having a private garage to park in was a great benefit. The garage can accommodate a mid size car, but not a SUV. The property manager, Kellie was awesome and she responded quickly to any questions that I had in regards to the property. We had a great stay at Island Ct.

This property was very clean, a lot of space, and perfect location. Newly updated with great furniture. My only complaint was feeling that the property manager was watching us through the cameras the entire trip. She even showed up to the property and acted as if she were just watering the plants but was just watching us. She was kind and courteous but in the end we felt watched and she knew everything we were doing. I do not recommend if you have kids. For a couples getaway, it would be great.

Cori regarding your reservation is your deceit of number of total guests, lack of communication with check in and with Property Management, allowing kids to walk on concrete fencing walls and jump off them and the stairs. An additional the large gathering past quite hours on Sunday night that went past 4 am. Property Manager received multiple complaints during your stay. The complaints have flagged licensing concerns for the owners and San Diego Laws.
Great property in a great location. Walking distance to the Bay and only a short ways from everything else in San Diego. Place had everything a small family would need for a family vacation.

We had a great weekend at this fresh and bright apartment! Plenty of room for 4 with spacious bedrooms and large living room. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor courtyard enjoying the weather. This location is close to both the quieter bayside as well as all the shopping, restaurants and boardwalk activities on the beach. Comes with all the beach necessities you will need. Response was immediate to our requests. Will definitely stay again!
