What a cute condo in an absolutely fantastic location! Walk right outside your door to the bayfront sand. Paddle boarding in the morning is so peaceful! We also rented a Hobie cat and were able to sail right up to the beach in front of the condo. Ocean is a quick walk away as well as Belmont Park. Walk to Starbucks and breakfast burritos in the morning. Shopping and plenty bars and restaurants around too! We really liked the restaurant "ceviche and beers". The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, check in and check out was extremely easy. We traveled with two adult adults and three teenage kids. It was possibly a little bit tight for this many people, but the rollaway beds were super helpful.

Perfect location

Our family of 5 had a beautiful stay. The co do was spacious and had everything we needed for the beach. Loved having the ability to have some peace and quiet overlooking the bay after a long day at the beach. Perfect location!

Fun with fabulous views

This is the third year my grandchildren, my husband and myself have stayed at this condo. It has a fabulous view of the bay and is conveniently located to the beach, Belmont and shopping. It is perfect for us. The property is well maintained and Kelly is easy to work with. We will be back next year!

Perfect Accommodations

Our condo was clean, updated kitchen and baths and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. Kelly, our host, was awesome. I had a few questions upon arrival and Kelly texted back immediately. The view from our third floor balcony was incredible. My niece loved collecting seashells on the marina beach. Highly recommend and would book again!

Wonderful!

The location is amazing! Right on the water and bay side boardwalk. Much less hectic and loud than the beach front boardwalk! Perfect for families and those who like a beautiful waterfront view in a quieter neighborhood.

Dream vacation spot?

Overall upkeep of the place was pretty bad. The place was dated, but would have been OK if it had been cleaned, painted and repairs done. Driving up to the car port, the entrance doors were in need of paint. Plaster had been knocked off one post and needed to be replaced. First view upon entering the the condo was a dirty window with bird poop on it. Window sills had not been cleaned for quit some time. dinning chairs were dirty. A brand new refrig. in the kitchen, but the ice-maker had not been hooked up. Drapes in living room were broken. Master bath had mold in the shower, and plaster falling off thenwall with rust showing. We generally had a good experience. The view from the 3rd floor was spectular,and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Beautiful views!

Visited with my three grown children. Location was perfect for our needs.. loved the Mission beach view out the big windows.. Could walk to so many restaurants, the beach, bike rental place, etc... As others have stated, the place is a bit dated, but honestly, it had all we needed.. Beds were comfy and curtains darkened the room nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for escaping the cold

Had a wonderful time, Karen made everything easy. Great to wake up and have coffee while watching the sun rise over the bay. Great location with so many options for dining and exploring right out the door.

Fabulous Location

This condo is perfect for a relaxing work week visit. So convenient for driving, walking and exploring both the bay and the ocean. A home away from home!

Excellent location with a lovely bay view

Comfy, spacious accommodations made for a perfect peaceful super last minute getaway. Quick and helpful responses from the host during and after the booking process. On my second night, had a late night issue coming back to one of the other tenants parked in my unit's dedicated spot, but the property manager was on it like white on rice and got the situation handled. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Bayside Unit

This upstairs unit looks out on the quiet bayside. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, everything was in good condition. My 3 adult children live in San Diego and there was plenty of room for them to eat with us and also sit in the living room, more so than in larger places we have rented. Elevator worked well. We would stay here again.

We can’t wait to host you in one of our favorite places, San Diego! Whether you’re looking for family fun, a romantic getaway or rest and relaxation, our bayfront condos have it all! Come play at the beach or kick up your feet and drift off to the sounds of the water.

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
